“I'm having a horrible time trying to make it through this course. Many of the unit exam questions are not covered in the curriculum. And the author is way too impressed with his business degree (III-A) and lawyer-y language (III-B)! Lots of unnecessary information, not focused on South Carolina at all, Absolutely maddening.”

“I became so frustrated in the first week because your interactive questions mark correct answers as wrong. Here is an example. All happens with all the commission questions. After taking a break I decided I would open it again and the same thing is happening. These problems are preventing me from going forward to complete the course. Please fix it or give me my money back.”

Hi Debra, I'm sorry you were having trouble with the commission input questions. If you take a look at the bottom of your screenshot, there are instructions on how to input that answer. “I used Perry Real Estate College for my pre-licensing course in 2012, and had a great experience with an in-person class taught by Art Reed. Then I came back to take my KY Core Classes online course. This was very easy to follow and was able to complete fairly quickly. But recently, I took my KY Managing Broker Course, and this was very well organized and I was able to complete it within a couple of weeks. It offered practice exams to use to study for the final exam in which I scored 92%. I would highly recommend taking courses from here.”

“Thanks to Perry Real Estate College’s Kentucky Pre-Licensing Course and the Prep+ materials I passed my State Exam on the first try and am on my way to be licensed. I highly recommend Perry for all your real estate education needs; the courses were thorough, easy to navigate and prepared me to pass my state exam with ease. Thank you PREC! “I apologize for the poor rating. I will admit I have not tried any of the other real estate schools, so I do not have anything to compare this to. However, I feel that the language and layout of this program is lacking tremendously. The slides are not organized well and are hard to understand. I also feel that the wording changes from slides to test questions. I can write down a slide verbatim in my notebook, and then on the test questions the answers do not even line up with the material that was on the slide. It is extremely frustrating and has caused me to review and retake tests many times. I have to google the correct answer because your slides leave me hanging in confusion. There are lots of typos and spelling errors. The voiceover half the time is not even reading the correct slide. I have had to mute the program because it is not synced correctly with the corresponding slides. I am sorry to state that if it was still possible to receive a refund and back out of this program and enroll in a different one, I would. I love your all's price and understand this is a new program. The budget-friendly rates are fantastic. But at the end of the day, I have learned the hard way yet again that you get what you pay for. I do hope you all succeed and continue to improve your platform. I am on module 4 and will continue using your all's program. Thank you for reading, Derrick”
