“DONT BUY A CUPRA FROM THIS COMPANY THEIR AFTER SALES IS A JOKE! Bought a new car in mid-Jan and already it’s got loads of faults with it including electrical and break faults. They told me they are far too busy to fix the car and can’t book it in to be fixed at any point the aren’t taking any more service bookings and they also won’t give me a courtesy car. Basically after ringing them I don’t know how many time as they NEVER call you back when they say they will. I informed them I had children and this was my only form of transport which now had faulty break and was informed that even if I was to get a service slot if one ever became available that I would have to drive an unsafe car to their garage!”
