“Ordered my personalised glass pint tankered on Friday and selected the standard delivery. I was fully expecting the glass to arrive later the following week. However, first thing Monday morning it was on my doorstep. It's looks fantastic and is really well made. Would certainly look to order again.”

“I ordered a personalised drinking bottle. It came within 4 days and is great. My only slight critisism/observation is that once the order was confirmed via email I heard nothing regarding that it had been dispatched or when it would be delivered. Not a huge problem but unusual these days.”

“The website is very unclear. It is impossible when you have to contact them for a wrong item received. The teddy did not have the personalised message I asked for. The only option I had was this review when I wanted to write a private message. Terrible quality control or it could be a rip off and all teddys have the same message which is Sonny.”

“I have not yet received the gift I have purchased and that was my error as I hadn't completed the order properly! And then I failed to look in my Junk Box for e-mails! But Jade and customer services have been absolutely brilliant and patient in supporting me through the mechanics of perchasing on-line! The company deserves 5***** for its patience.
