“Equisupermarket delivered correct product well shipped. They are not good at communication but do deliver goods. I request they update delivery to 10 days so that customers receive within the contracted time. Better to receive sooner than expected than be stressed wondering where goods are. Thankyou.”

“Items ordered on Sunday, other than confirmation of the order, received nothing else by Wednesday. After I read the reviews about the company, I took the case to the PayPal resolution centre, meantime email detailing the action taken against them sent and before receiving any email "item dispatched" I cancelled the order. This is where everything started to go into the high gear.
After 10min. Email displaying "your item dispatched" popped up.
After 1 hour, second email
"Yodel will deliver the item"
Next day item delivered.
Point is after all the negative reviews, headache was avoided by taking contra action agaist the company, it seems done the trick. Would you like to take a gable for few Pounds? I don't think I will do it. But benefit of the doubt still company's fast action deserves 5 stars.”

“Delivery times and customer service have deteriorated since they were taken over by Pet Spectrum Group. Last delivery took over 2 weeks, one package was damaged beyond use, and PS customer service took over a week to respond. They do have a phone number (if you search hard) but they don't answer. I suspect they simply don't have enough staff to support the level of business, or to respond when things go wrong.”
