“Petcarerx offered me a membership a month ago. I have been ordering cat food and dog food several times prior to my last order. When you place an order, the member ship price shows you the total in your cart. The discounts are automatic and very clear to read. 10 days after I placed my order, I still did not have a tracking number. I sent an email asking where my order was. I received two separate emails stating that they canceled several of my items in the order and that they gave me too much of a discount (not my problem that their website showed me a different price). Instead of calling me, they decide to raise the total price of my order significantly. I called and stated I did not give them permission to charge my credit card any more than what my invoice stated. They very professionally should have called me and got in contact with me if they were not going to honor the price that is stated. I have copies of everything. The representative basically said, “it’s too late, we have already processed“. Seriously!?!? I will be contacting my credit card company immediately after leaving several reviews and I will dispute it. just beware!! Do your homework and read all of the reviews that people are leaving. I am not the only one.”
