“Overall I am happy with PetsBest. Last year my wellness claim was paid within a week or two. However, this year it is taking a long time for my claim to be reviewed and paid. It was a wellness exam and because we had one Rx it is still pending payment. The Rx will not be paid because of the deductible. It has been over 3 weeks.”

“A claim for my dog was submitted by me on 3/17/24. Included with the claim were the bills from the ER, the veterinarians' reports and discharge documents. It was received by Pets Best on or about 3/25/24 and on or about 4/18/24 I received an Explanation of Benefits via e-mail stating that the claim was approved along with an itemization which included total cost, deductible, and my ten percent of cost. This EOB was very self-explanitory and I will be receiving a check within 5-7 days. Pets Best is very compentent, professional and compassionate. One thing I will advise those filing a claim -- please send the medical records when a claim is filed. In my opinion, it will save time by their not having to contact the veterinarian. Thank you for your handling of my pet's claim. Donna S.”

“Pets Best is extremely prompt and efficient; I am always surprised by how quickly I am reimbursed for a claim. “We have PB Insurance for our Czech GSD-5 years old, 94 lbs. starting 2019 at 12 weeks. She had an emergency at 13 weeks which required overnight/3 days hospital care and a $4000 bill of which we paid less than $300. Since then, we have had lesser occurences and standard yearly check-ups, vaccinations and other wellness visits. Each and every time we have received the best care from our vets and comprehensive affordable coverage provided by Pets Best. Without a doubt, we have received outstanding service from Pets Best and highly recommend them to all pet owners.”

“The policy I have for my dog through Pets Best has been welll worth the money ... their website is easy to use and submitting a receipt for reimbursement is very simple to complete ... their processing time is quick as well as their payment reimbursement and with their direct deposit option it just speeds up the turnaround time ... I'm happy that I purchased the policy to help with the care for my dog!”

“Having pet insurance was the best thing I ever did. Pets Best has been great for reimbursements for the wellness visits during the year and the one time I needed an emergency vet. Nice knowing I wasn't out all that money for that visit. I just added my second pet so that they are both covered. I highly recommend.”

“Pets best pays quickly and is great to work with. It gets rapidly more expensive as dogs get older. We dropped our 10 year old because it was too expensive. Recommend this insurance.”

“Fairly quick review of an emergency situation with my dogs eye! Always good to have funds to pay up front and just wait on reimbursement! You never expect the worst to happen but when it does, claims are processed as expeditiously as possible! Thank you Pets Best!”
