Ha e not received my money as yet, a d it took some to process my claim. But so far so good.

When we first joined Pets Best, they were quick and had wonderful customer service. Over the past year, it has taken way longer to get refunds, and it has been hard to get ahold of CS. We still love the service and will stay with it, it just takes upwards of 8 weeks to get a refund on our monthly allergy shots.

Great service, but slow processing of vet Billing. Last two Billings have taken 25-30 days to clear.

Happy to have this insurance for my puppy. The only thing not totally happy about is it takes about 3 weeks to get reimbursed what it will cover. Sooner would be more appreciated.

I have been happy with Pets Best in paying claims. I’m not too happy with the big increase of my senior dog’s premium. I understand an increase as they age, but this was a big jump from last year.

We have had good experiences with Pet's Best to date. Their claims processing time leaves a little to be desired. We have insurance with another pet insurance company too and Pet's Best claim processing time is MUCH longer. But their processing and documents are clear and easy to understand. And they provided insurance to our older pup that others would not insure, so we love them for that!

Excellent customer service. My only issue is when I submit a claim there is no item that says liver conditions. Then when I submit my receipt I always circle or highlight what item I am claiming then I explain which one in the details section. I cannot get a separate receipt from the vet. And I'm always getting other things while there. Then you send me an explanation stating you do not cover the items of which I was not trying to claim. It's rather annoying! I need a way for your employees to see that and not put through any of the possible wellness items on the same receipt. It also takes a long time and by the time I get a benefit I already need new meds. It's just frustrating about all that. Mostly the items issue.

Although the claim reimbursement time frames have lengthened over the past year, genrally my claims are processed successfully and received in good order. I was disapointed to learn that on a wellness claim for Flea/Tick alternative RX was denied since it wasn't on the drug formulary. Our dog had an adverse reaction to the name brand Next/Heart Guard, so the Dr. recommended an alternative that was suprisingly not covered. Overall I have been happy with our wellness and illness policies thus far.

Good coverage, yearly premiums increase dramatically, however, and turnaround time on claims definitely should be quicker. Customers have to pay immediately but it takes a month to get paid back. Grateful to have this for my older doggo though.

The claims processing really takes a long time. I had 2 claims from may that took almost a month and then I had 2 claims from the beginning of June that only took a couple of weeks. There should be a bette way to show claims processing.

It took awhile for my claim to go through. However, after it went through, the rest of the process was really quick. I liked that I received emails along the way with updates about my claim and I felt that claim explanations were very detailed and helpful.

My review of Pets Best Insurance dropped from a 5 to a 4 because in 2017-2020 because a few of the claims were not processed and denied . According to your records, all the records were not completed. I have ALWAYS sent in the all the paper work her vet sent home with me. Since I do not keep copies of what I'd sent in, it is time consuming for both myself and the personnel at the vet's office to retrace and send copies again.

I have generally been satisfied with this insurance. However, it has gotten pretty expensive, especially this year. I have upped my deductible to compensate for the increase.

The time it took was not ok. 30+ days? Healthy Paws paid within 3 days of turning in a claim for a friends dog. Now I am waiting more days for the Direct Deposit to hit my bank. Really could use the reimbursement sooner than later.

The claim review process is 30 days which is long compared to other insurance in the market; however, the review was complete and well explained.
