“I'm happy with Pets Best Pet Health Insurance. I feel like they have approved all of my claims that fit the pre-defined criteria. Sometimes the claim reimbursement comes very quickly but when it doesn't, I get "this is in progress" type notifications. I haven't compared the prices to other companies because I've been with Pets Best for about 10 years and my dogs are getting expensive at this point because their incidents have gone up as they age. I recommend pet insurance strongly!”

“Love this insurance. We started with another company because there was a free 30 day trial, however quickly changed after that since the coverage was horrible. They did a per incident deductible and didn’t cover any exam fees and it cost more than this plan. Now we have great coverage and would highly recommend this plan for everyone. Claims take about 10-20 days to process. If that wad faster, I’d give them 5 stars.”

“Originally I sent in a claim which was denied, but upon appeal, Pet's Best reversed their decision in my favor. I was very pleased, but the process took almost six months. I submitted my claim in September and it was resolved yesterday (2/25/21). I was not pleased with the delay and process.”
