I had some difficulties getting the proper paperwork with my first few claims because the software at my veterinarian's office doesn't print paperwork the exact way that Pets Best requires receipts in. However, after some trial and error, I'm able to submit the paperwork required to get a claim processed correctly. Claims processing takes much longer than their anticipated timeline which is why I'm unable to give a 5-star rating at this time.

We really love Pets Best. It has given us a piece of mind when things come up with our pup! This last claim took longer than most to get reimbursed, but we are still grateful for them!

Overall, we are pleased with PetsBest Insurance. It is difficult to actually talk with a representative; the wait times are pretty long! However, when I spoke with one of your agents yesterday (7-9-21), I found her to be very helpful -- she really went above and beyond to get to the bottom of my questions. We've done business with you since January 2018, and it was a good decision then and a good decision now. Thanks for your work. Annette Shelton-Tiderman

Good customer service, great rates & helpful with claims. Only downside is the time it takes to get a claim processed - hopefully they can get them done quicker in the future.

I recently put two claims in. The first claim wasn’t settled until after the second one was. It took awhile and it only went toward my deductible. I’m just wondering why it took so long. The second claim was a wellness visit and vaccinations for which I did receive a reimbursement. Actually received a letter stating I would be receiving a check in the mail. Still waiting for that almost a week later, but we know how the post office is these days. So far I really have no complaints.

I found the representatives very helpful and informative. We were very satisfied with the amount reimbursed for our claim for an MRI of our dog. The only small complaint is that I had to wait on hold for a while to get to speak to a representative the 2 times I called, and itt took a while to receive our reimbursement. However, I know that these issues are due to the impact of COVID, so I am sure things will move much more quickly in the future. We are very happy with Pet's Best.

Good coverage. Sometimes a bit slow with reimbursement, but that's understandable during these times. However, always keeps me updated as to status of reimbursement.

Rec d claim3830720 very timely. On June 28, near holiday weekend and benefits rec d on 7/5/21. However, submitted at the same time, claim 104143016 and it has not been acted on. Both Chanel and Bella Mia s services were on the same vet bill. Odd, one claim completed and now 7/7/21 and have not received any response for Bella Mia s. Thanks Aileen

My only issue was the amount of time that it took to review. But fortunately a large part of the expensive bill was covered

I think I was told you only went back 6 months in Vet records. Maybe I am mistaken but that's what I remember. But it appears you go back to their mother's womb. But other than that I'm satisfied.
