Several of my dogs are insured with Petsbest. The company makes it very easy to submit claims. They are generally quick to reimburse claims.

I am new to PetsBest, and submitted my first claim. I was a little surprised on my EOB that they don't cover Nail Trim or BioHazard Disposal costs. I thought they did, but guess I missed that exclusion...

I submitted my first claim for standard wellness care for my 1 year old English Cream Retriever. I took a photo of my receipt for her heartworm and tick medicine via the online app. It was incredibly easy. I was pleasantly surprised to receive 100% reimbursement on this medication. I loved that I was reimbursed through direct deposit. This entire process was incredibly smooth. I am a first time subscriber to Pet Insurance, so far Pets Best has been a smart decision.

Unhappy with no estimate approval. I like to know how much I'm going to have to put forward so I can budget. Takes forever for a customer service rep to answer the phone! Prices are comparable. Will be submitting a claim soon so can update this review then.

The Claims process is easy. The staff, when I've called, are courteous and helpful. The rates just keep going up and up -- that's my only criticism.

I recently had to submit claims for our dog. The submission process was easy and the remittance came very timely. My only complaint is that I could not reach easily a customer service representative when I attempted to call. On multiple occassions, there was no answer and I was left waiting a very long time before I gave up. Thank you.

It's a good insurance, had it for years but If I ALREADY have a 200.00 deductible why am I charge other deductibles for each item on bill....I do not like that. And your increase because of the dogs age is understandable but not such a big hike every year Thank u

I would appreciate a quicker response. I have left messages with questions for them but nobody ever returns the call. I am about to renew and I have questions and concerns but cannot get anyone to call me back. They are fair and I have not had any issues with my claims being attended to eventually, just almost a month later.

Well as you know I had two recent claims it was fulfilled with the time limit about 30-39 days they had a little trouble getting the vet that I want to to send the records so they contacted me and I was glad to contact my vet and they finally got the information that pet best required. The question I have is how do you decide what the copay is for example I have a $500 deductible and I had one bill of $1,090 somewhere around there but the copay was $216 and I really don't understand how you guys figure out the copay. I would think that's awful high for a copay but that's just me, besides that it was very good as I said before they did it between the lot of time with 30 to about 39 days .Best Pet Insurance sent me an email stating that I should be receiving my check or checks here shortly thank you

Pets Best insurance has been great. Claims are paid quickly and the price is better for more coverage than the other companies offer. I am giving them 4 out of 5 stars instead of 5 for one reason. If you go to a veterinarian that offers package deals make sure that the invoice said Included for the itemization instead of shows $0 for that item. And make sure you specify when you put your claim in that it was a package deal and that the 0$ charges were included. I did have one instance where they did not cover a Rabies vaccine and another vaccine as well as a heartworm pill because the agent stated i was not charged for it. I was told they would review the claim when i called and to date was still not reimbursed for those things. That is the only problem i have had. Other than that they are amazing and i would highly recommend them to anyone that asks me about this company.
