“I ordered titanium curved barbells and hinged clickers. I am highly satisfied with the price when compared to other distributors. The quality is great and the shipping was fine. I would recommend buying from Pierced Universe. I also plan on using them again in the future. 5 Stars!!”

“I ordered a lovely pair of earrings but quickly found the length of the post was way too long for my ear. I contacted PU and in less than 24 hrs they replied they would send me shorter replacement posts. Am excited to wear these sweet posts! Thank you Pierced Universe!”

“I purchased here because I wanted durable and pretty titanium pieces for my piercings. I got beautiful hoops and two nose pieces. I had an issue with one of them and the costumer service was AMAZING. They gave me alternatives and they fixed the issue with no problem. I will keep this store as my main for all my piercings and can’t wait to have them all bejeweled by Pierced Universe. Thank you so much!”

“I was very excited to receive my new nose stud in the mail, however upon receiving it, the backing of the piercing was immediately misplaced. I was extremely distraught by this, as I have looked forward to switching out my piercing for quite some time now, and sent an email in hopes of potentially receiving a new one despite having lost the product upon arrival. I received a response to my email within 24 hours, and they generously offered to replace the backing for me and mailed it within the next 24 hours. I appreciated the great service and their understanding, and will definitely be ordering from them in the future!”

“fast delivery (im in montreal), good experience so far and ive ordered about 8 piercings, the nipple piercings butterflies are to heavy and tend to lean forward, which hurts a bit”

“Went to pierced in the jervis shopping center yesterday and the lady's made me feel at ease straight away and the lady who done my piercing talked through everything with me and I'd highly recommend if getting a piercing go there and ask for ash”
