“Engaged pillar care for caregiver but extremely disappointed with the care giver sent over ! When she came, my mother was on the floor and we asked her to help us carry my mother (together with us helping her)!! Guess what? She said “I don’t do lifting” and after that showed her black face and wanted to leave !! No compassion…poor attitide… what kind of caregiver is that?? Maybe this is one of the bad ones they have…but the PIc said they cant be sure when they cam find a replacement !! I would not recommend this kind of caregiver for sure!!”

“We went to Pillar Care for end-of-life care for my mother-in-law. Their admin process was clear and easy, and their range of services helped us to find the right one for Mummy. She passed away peacefully and comfortably after just a short time, and we were happy that she received such good care in that time. Bhagya was so calm and professional - we know Mummy felt safe and at peace with her.”
