“Used them for a home inspection in Northeast Ohio when we bought a new home. People were VERY nice. However, their attention to detail is cursory at best. I realize they have 4 hours to look at everything but they didn’t dive into the areas I asked them to. Door was rotted even worse than I expected, roof had issues around boots, and deck is messed up. Yes...they can walk under my deck. Most inspectors are worthless, and they did slightly better than others. I guess this is about the best you can expect if your bank forces you to get an inspection. I’d look elsewhere if you want something real, and pull in real experts. My home building experience was far more superior than the inspectors in this area (Cleveland area).”
