“Since Dominos won't deliver to my house I left no choice but to order from Pizza Hut. It turned out to be a good thing because the pizza is better at Pizza Hut and the sides are better too. The kids love the cheesy pasta and garlic bread. Delivery is always hot and prompt.”
“The pizza was hot is why I gave a rating of 3. No friendly feel from the order taker(I ordered on the inside for take out). She brought the pizza over with NOT 1 napkin and when I asked for peppers or cheese she put her eyes in her head replying that’s .99. Pizza places don’t offer or give you pepper or cheese anymore? I don’t eat out much anymore because companies want monies but taking product away(my slices had 1 small piece of chicken on each slice. Not pleased at all for my 14.00”
“at about 1:30 today, I tried to call in my order. guy asked me my phone number and name...proceeded to take my order...asked me which location to pick up at...I told him the street name...he asked the city and state...he asked the zip code...I said I have never had a problem before...he got smart and said, "well you having a problem today." I asked for a supervisor...he transferred me to another pizza hut in the city. she almost took my order but then said, "you have the wrong pizza hut." I said, you can't just take my order and send it to the pizza hut I want it picked up from. she said no, this is not customer service where they can look at your history, etc. by this time, I am frustrated and completely changed my mind about ordering.”
“Not all good. What on earth are the senior management doing? A side of chips is £5.29. Garlic bread £6.39, More expensive than the expensive gastro pubs in this part of the UK. No wonder the company is struggling with the need to enforce closures.

“Crete NE pizza hut is the worst called in a order said 15 minutes. 45 minutes later I finally got my order. There pizza are awful there nothing like the other pizza huts we have ate at to bad it's the only one close to where I live”
“Pretty good pizza for a good deal -- until you add in extra charge for delivery, extra charge for a modest amount of cheese and over $2 for a small 20 ounce bottle of soda when a 2 liter bottle used to cost that. I always tip well -- usually 20% which is very good for a delivery order, and I am especially careful to tip even a little more than that these days. Seeing that one of the tip "suggestions" was 25%, along with a $4.99 delivery charge kind of felt like an insult. Also, for a while Pizza Hut had a great crust -- very much like Izzy's. I wish they would go back to that. That would be worth the price.”
“Service and meal were ok. Not worth the parking fine that I had when I left. (Pizza hut, Metro cr, retail park, Gateshead) Must have watched us go in and then pounced. Parking outside of a bay, in an otherwise deserted carpark. Wont get more custom from us, we were regular customers at this branch.”

“Their new Detroit style pizza is good. Problem is with their boneless chicken wings. Orders an 8pc for 8.99, two we’re actually meat. The rest were bread nuggets. Very disappointed and will never get Pizza Hut again.”
“Delivery was definitely unacceptable in Summerwood onApril 30. I was told it would be 1 hr. After an hr. I received a text that the order was cancelled or modified and I could call to see which one. Upon calling I was told they didn’t have anyone there to deliver until now and they had already left. They should have text earlier and the order was not warm. I called to express disappointment and the person hung up the phone before I could finish. I was not being rude. There was no reason to abruptly hang up.”
