“My rating of 2 stars is due to bad customer service.
When ordering, I was told that the wait time was 45 minutes to an hour. So I waited about one hour and 10 minutes later to check on the order and I was then told that the order was just completed. I tried speaking with the manager, but to no avail. The order showed up 50 minutes later and was cold.”
“Not told about card only payment either when booking, arriving or ordering, not allowed to order fries, ribs are off the menu, no pizzas smaller than the individual size which I think was 11” and too big for half of our diners, told we can only have 1 menu per table but since there were 9 of us we’d already been given a second one and they have to print them out now (1 a4 sheet - not hard) told to look on app, can’t use app no smartphone, sauces not labelled on app, no one sanitising the drinks machine or salad tongs and no sanitiser or disposable cutlery available as an option, no starters anymore just sides, only 2 pastas now, no healthier options like grilled chicken anymore, nothing really unless you have a big pizza, Mac & cheese or lasagne, no pizza topped chicken anymore and no potato wedges”

“I am gluten intolerant but cannot understand why Pizza Hut don’t do gluten free stuffed crust or cheesy bite , all I had to pick was a crappy pizza which was over priced, so shame I didn’t have anything and watched the rest of the family enjoy their meal”
“Went to the one in Farady Business Park where the staff are always friendly. Got 2 pizzas and sides which remained unfinished...so bad. There is no mium just thin and thick bases. I had had a thin base veggie which taxted like meat and really salty. Other thick base also unfinished because of taste which was also salty and hardly any meat. The pickled jalepinos were nasty. I would have thought a veggie pizza would have more veg than onion and papper, which is on virtually every pizza. I will not be going back any time soon. Pizzahut does not deliver.”
“Went to Lisburn for buffet night- very disappointing . Had to repeatedly ask when pizza would be available- appeared to be limited to 1/2 skinny pizza each, no pasta and basic tasteless salad. Pathetic. Not recommended.”

“I recently ordered a pizza and chicken strips from Pizza Hut. I ended up with a bad case of food poisoning and was sent to hospital at 4am. I've recently found out that everyone I know who has ordered the chicken from there has also suffered from food poisoning. I do not recommend eating there, for your own safety.”
“First, there wasn't a place to customize my breadsticks. And the phone number went to a call center, where I got the runaround and I couldn't contact the store directly. The 2 reps were unhelpful, I got a Door Dash driver that couldn't read a simple map, and I paid 20.00 for lousy service and a cold order”

“Order on my way home from work, the young lady that answered didn't know the difference between italian sausage or regular. Ask for candian bacon, she said black olives, I replied "no". Got to the place my order was totally wrong. As I was watching she was making a pizza, no gloves, wiping hands on her jeans. Got a refund and went to Miniskys pizza. Will NEVER order from pizza hut espeically when no one are wearing gloves.”
“i visited the pizza hut on dorothy lane in kettering ohio. i paid $16.99 for a medium pizza. i went to my car to wait on it. i noticed a sign that said any large pizza any toppings for $12. i talked to the mgr and asked why he didn’t offer me the deal. he just kind of shrugged his shoulders and said he just rung in what i ordered. poor customer service. if you can save your customer money by letting them know about deals that would help ensure a return visit. think i’ll stick to dominos or papa john’s.”

At about 6pm on April 9th, I went to your outlet in Simei and wanted to buy your food and take it away. When a staff member said that the person in charge of the counter was busy in the kitchen, I also knew that you were busy, so I went online to buy your food. I thought the food order would arrive directly at your kitchen after I ordered it online.
When the staff in charge of the counter came back, she asked me if I had placed an order. I said I had just placed an order online. She said nothing and continued packing the food for other customers.
After a while, I felt it wasn’t right, so I asked her if my online order would go directly to your kitchen. She said no, so I asked her. If I hadn’t come to ask you, wouldn’t I have been waiting here in vain? She said yes,
I have a few things to ask you here
1) How many people order order online self-collection in a day? If your staff is busy in the kitchen for a long time no one is in the counter and those customers who order self-collection online are like me and they don’t know when they arrive will need to infrom your staff , and no one is in the counter
and they will be there and Wait for nothing
2)- When I first told her that I had just placed an order online, she did not tell me that I needed to let her know my order number.

“I went to lakeshore and 3rd Street to order pizza. This old man was unfriendly when I told him I want easy on tomato sauce. I had bought one a week ago and the lady was nice and did exactly what I told her. There was another staff in the kitchen who came to tell me to come when that lady is working. I told them Good customer service is key to a successful business which I know as a retired bank staff”
