I ordered mother's day flowers (roses and lilies) for my mum and mother in law and was so disappointed when I saw what they received. The bouquets were pathetically small (I ordered the medium size), the roses were nearly dead and drooping even though the policies hadn't even started to open. Customer service was terrible - when I complained they just offered 10% off my next order - not much use when I would never order from them again. Both deliveries were also late despite being placed within the required timeframe

I received an orchid bowl as a Xmas present 2days before Christmas which was of a very poor quality. I contacted customer service but they were not taking any calls over the 4day Xmas holiday so when I managed to speak to them was told they have a 3day complaints policy and I was outside that time. The company guarantees 100% customer satisfaction but after numerous emails to Lewis.h requesting a replacement plant they refused to replace the plant. I would not recommend PRESTIGE FLOWERS do not buy anything from them the only thing worse than the orchid that I received is the CUSTOMER SERVICE of this company.

Very Unhappy Customer
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM PRESTIGE !! I ordered the Festive bouquet before Xmas for my daughter - £29-00 The flowers she received was nothing like the flowers I ordered from their website (see photos) sparse and wilted. I complained the next day attaching a photo and asked for a full refund as per their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. They responded back to say the flowers I received was satisfactory and offered me £15 off my next order. I responded to confirm that I would NEVER use them again and requested a full refund - I heard nothing and have since emailed several times with no response. The flowers my daughter received was dead and wilted within 48 hours. I have always used Bloom & Wilde whereby their flowers and service are excellent. Unfortunately, I was taken in by the discounts they offer and the blurb they put on their website …. Please don’t waste your money it’s all lies !! I’ve been well and truly ripped off - I should have read the reviews before ordering - some of which are extremely negative and similar to my experience. Look at the photos and make your own mind up. Please don’t waste your money like I did.

I received flowers from my son for Mother’s Day a day late and bunch received were very bright cheap coloured same type of flower in all bunch they looked fake or had been dyed !

Awful, no flowers, no delivery note, no tracking updates, no customer service. Total waste of £40 and deeply disappointed that my partner had no Valentine flowers for our weekend away. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

This is the bouquet of flowers that arrived for me from Prestige flowers today. The smell is even worse! Totally rotten. I have tried contacting them without success. ‘Speak to our friendly team’ they say!! They obviously couldn’t care less!

Poor Quality, Only Fit For The Bin!
Quality, fit for bin! My mum has used Prestige 4 or 5 times to send me flowers, each time they have arrived brown , old and mouldy. You have to pick off the dead bits to get a presentable bunch! And the following day they are only fit for bin! I've let it go most times as i didn't want to upset her saying how bad they were. But finally had enough of her being ripped off for old dead flowers! Told her never to use this company again. The "free" chocolates also taste like plasticine, so not a freebie really unless you have no tastebuds. When i have sent pictures to them of the poor quality they will only offer replacement even though they admit they are bad quality, the replacements they send are also dead and brown on the times i've accepted it. This time i said i'd rather they just refund her, but they won't discuss unless she contacts them direct. So now i've had to send her pictures of the dead flowers upsetting her so she can try and get a refund. Customer services don't seem to really care either.

I ordered 2 bunches of the large flowers, vases, chocolates and cards, to be delivered on 24th December for Christmas 2021. However only one of them is delivered by now and flowers are far less and smaller than the medium size (as described on Prestigeflowers.co.uk) and the vase is absolutely something else.

My sister sent me some flowers as a surprise. They were awful. Brown droopy and I just threw them out. I didn’t tell my sister. But I told Prestige and sent them photos. They offered to send me more flowers which I received today. They were brown, totally un fresh very sad looking Lillies. I didn’t pay for them but NEVER use this company when M&S or John Lewis send beautiful bouquets.

No reply from customer service after 4 days. After telling them the condition of the flowers. I ordered some mothers day flowers. They were delivered on time, on mothering Sunday, but already started to droop the next day. My sister brought flowers on Friday from the supermarket, and gave them to my mother on Sunday Yet those flowers were in better condition tham the ones i ordered from Prestige. Below is a picture of the flowers I spent nearly £40 on. One day after delivery and as you can see the roses are floppy. 😔

I was very upset about the condition of the flowers you sent from my son and the fact I had to lie to him and say they were lovely so I did not upset him they look like I have had them a couple of weeks the roses are all floppy petals falling off they were sent to cheer me up but they have really upset me

My daughter ordered me roses and lilies for my birthday When they arrived looked terrible But my daughter was told they would be fine when they bloomed Lilies never bloomed roses and greenery died absolutely disgusting please do not upset someone by sending these as a gift as I found it very upsetting

Excellent service. Ordered Flowers for my Daughter 21st today. They arrived first thing about 8.10am by Royal Mail. She loves them. Arrived with the Vase I ordered and some Chocolates and a balloon. I bought sunflowers and 100 Roses from you and they were dead on delivery. I have emailed you on numerous occasions with no response. I have contacted trading standards and sent them photos of the delivered flowers. If there was a rating for a minus on stars, then it would be minus 100. Really wouldn't recommend you to anybody,not even my worst enemy.
