“I am NOT pleased with this vendor. I placed an order and needed to cancel it. They conveniently had it picked up by FedEx w/in hours. In most cases you like this super fast shipping. BUT in my case, $753 was wasted because it would cost MORE to return the product with their fees and ridiculous return window. I don't understand why they could not have cancelled the pick up with FedEx (it was literally w/in an hour) to have the item returned to their facility. I would have been OK with the restocking fee in that case. Now I'm stuck with a bed I did not mean to order and that I cannot use. I will never shop here again.”
“It's a nice bookcase, and I really like how it brightens up the corner. One of the edges on the bottom needed some serious sanding. I would also suggest printing light markers for where to nail the little nails that hold the back on since it is so easy to miss and go through the bookcase. Just a thought. This bookcase is replacing one made with particle board and veneer that we bought 11 years ago. I think this bookcase will hold up better.”
“Poor customer service and knowledge of stock! I received a message stating that my original choice of bunk bed was out-of-stock, but was given two others as alternate options. The website indicated that one of those was out-of-stock as well. Therefore, I called the company to make sure my next choice was in-stock. I was told that my next choice was indeed in-stock with a quantity of ten remaining. I immediately placed an order for two bunk beds online at the Planet Bunk Bed website. A week later, I was informed that none of those bunk beds were in-stock and that my card would be credited. Obviously, the staff at Planet Bunk Beds is unformed. At least they finally updated their website.”
“Ordered a king size casino bed frame and the headboard arrived damaged. Customer service representative put in request for replacement headboard and it came in perfect condition. Would definitely order from this company again! Great quality-great customer service.”

I finally received my order. The bed went together with relative ease and we are quite pleased with it. The only issue I have is that I never received any shipping info/notifications so, when the bed showed up it was a complete surprise.
I put my order in almost 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive any shipping information or follow up. I called customer service and they said it was still in the warehouse. If they have the order and the furniture, they need to get it shipped already.”
“Pros: I love the look and size of this dresser. It's around half the price of most dressers like it, and even better it's made of actual wood and not particle board. It's also large enough on top to fit a changing pad if we choose to do so. We really do love this dresser for our nursery!
Cons: We only used hand-tightening tools and still managed to see pressure cracks in parts of the build while only applying enough force to secure the structural integrity. No over-tightening. 2 other very small gripes: I wish the drawer stoppers allowed the drawers to come out a bit further, but this is hardly worth mentioning. Lastly, we also thought the directions included could definitely use some clarity on a few steps.
Conclusion: We had a few issues with our first shipment but customer support was blazing fast and super helpful with a replacement and has remedied any worries about us wanting to buy from them again. The dresser is beautiful and they seem to really care about customer satisfaction. Buy with confidence!”
“Great customer services, quick responses to my emails regarding my order. The chest comes disassembled, took about 40 minutes to build, no extra tools needed. Complete, it has a great build, drawers roll out easily. Very satisfied with the build, quality, and finish. The wood feels heavy and durable.”
“The package came very well packaged it seemed all most seamless in the wrapping. The finish was surprisingly very nice. Solid wood not a composite which is wonderful. The product is very well worth the price. The only short coming, which was not much, a few of dowel holes were to large and I used wood glue just in case. Other than that thumbs up. I would buy again if needed.”

“Great product. Fast shipping (once it was in stock). The customer service needs improvement. Instead of no communication when an order is back ordered, purchasers should be contacted immediately. I had to contact customer service when I never received the order in the timeframe promised.”
