“Still waiting for the bed frames. Called before I ordered to make sure they were available, was assured they were - and now it's on back order. My hope is that we still see them, but I'm truthfully not sure. UPDATE: it's been much farther out than the 4-5 week delay that was suggested, and nobody from Planet Bunk Bed has reached out to me or responded to my request.”
“Received most of the boxes really fast, but took a week to receive the remaining two boxes. Once it was all unboxed, we realized we are missing several if not most of the hardware to assemble the bed. I have contacted both the manufacturer and Planet Bunk Bed, but haven't heard back yet since it's the weekend.”
“I order an item that was listed as available on the site. I was contacted via email that it was not and was offered a different item in its place. When I responded I received no response. I’ve reached back out multiple times and still her nothing back. At this point I don’t know if I will revive any item. Let alone and item I actually want. It’s seems I’ve paid for something and won’t receive anything in return. Still trying to get through to get any item I want or a refund.”
“I wanted to order an item on-line to coordinate with the bed I already had. The item was listed as out of stock on-line. I phoned to speak with customer service, and the experience was very good. The rep listened to my question, answered it, and told me the item had just arrived in stock, it was compatible with my existing item, and he would post it as available online . That was accomplished within just a few minutes.”
“Customer Service went above and beyond. Recieved a phone call to make sure the part fit the bed I owned and discussed the matching color and sent picture to make sure it was the same!”
“The support team is great (specifically Clara). Not only she was patiently inquiring me about the needs I have for the daybed, but also made extra steps in contacting the warehouse to see if the have the item I need in stock. We have been using a Camaflexi daybed for 5 years with our first child and wanted to get another one for our second child as we love that bed, but had a really hard time finding this unit. Clara helped us to find exactly what we need and we placed the order. We appreciate the help!”
“Great company to work with and quick delivery of a solid product. I only wish the big heads of the bolts that hold it together we’re not so chrome and bright looking. I wish they were white and blended in, to not be so obvious.”
“The bed arrive on time. All pieces were in perfect condition. Very sturdy and good quality. The only thing missing was some small caps or stickers to cover some of the additional holes but I think we can purchase those somewhere else at a low cost. I’m using this bed for my 3 year old and it is perfect.”

I am very disappointed though so many things are out of stock and won't be back for months. Between my 1 daughter and 1 son and myself we have 2 sets of bunkbeds, 2 single beds, 2 nightstands and 2 dressers!! We need another dresser, a mirror, a nightstand.”
