“I ordered a sink, cabinet, and paid extra for the one day service. The sink never arrived. Once i finally got through to Plumbworld they reordered it and said it would take 2-3 days. I think this is unacceptable,
Especially since the the plumber is waiting on the sink. Not happy.”
“Customer service should be a football manager as they talk a good game plan but as we all know it never pans out well. We agreed a delivery date which came and went was told to start only one item wasn’t in stock. Turns out that the item that wasn’t in stock turned up before rest of bathroom that was in stock. As for quality mmmmm not impressed at all best off getting it from B&Q. Frameless shower the instructions may well of been written in a foreign language that’s if there was any writing to read just a load of half hearted photos where they contradict themselves. Had loads of seals left over had to guess where they went (still leaks due to poor design). Sink unit you need to be a contortionist to get to any pipe work to be honest am dreading the toilet. May keep the old one.”
“Never arrived when it said it would and when I finally got a call to say its out for delivery the person in the phone couldn't care less about the hassles it had caused and didn't offer anything compensation”
“Delivery was quick however very disappointed in the quality of the shower tray I brought, it was damaged during installation as it was not up to the quality described on the website. Plumbworld not interested in admitting any fault. Double check the item you order is the item you get too as I disputed this with no success.”
“Not over happy, long delay on vanity unit. When said in its in stock, when ordered. . Had to wait nearly a month and had to cancel the order in the end because plumber was coming and couldn’t wait any longer. So had to purchase elsewhere. Not much correspondence from customer service either Efficient when taking order and payment though 😀”
“I left sink in box till plumber came to fit it and I had never noticed but the front left hand side corner was chipped. I think for a sink of £271 this should have been packaged better. We had to buy a ceramic filler as we had no time to change it. I was not happy. That aside I do like the sink but I had the sink a couple of weeks and unable to return it and get another in time.”
“Whilst of course we are expected to measure first. You would think radiator covers would be universal for building regulated heights. Too short for a standard radiator, avoid.”
“I ordered a Mira logic shower head from you and the first one leaked from all the holes when I had it on the middle setting after a lot of explaining to your customer service team they sent me another one that was exactly the same so I got my neighbour to try it on his shower and it was exactly the same so I was told you would get on to Mira and someone would get me back to me so far after a week nobody from your company has replied to me I’m afraid this is not acceptable it would be nice for someone from Plumbworld to get back to me but I’m not holding my breath.”
