“The courier dhl blatantly fed me lies with regards my delivery. Telling me it was out for delivery then not turning up. Spoke with plumbworld who speedily resolved the problem by sending a replacement.”
“Lovely bathroom set at a reasonable price. Don’t think I would use Plumbworld again though as the delivery was pushed back numerous times and we weren’t updated, had to call them. The communication wasn’t great, we even got a updated date of 25/12/23!! Don’t know if that was a glitch or not but not very good to read when we were expecting maybe a few days delay not months! the main problem was the communication, we were never told each time that our order wasn’t coming the day we were waiting in all day for it. Had to call them each time. They would say it will be delivered a few days later but nothing came on the expected day. We were refunded delivery fee and a little bit off the order as an apology but still with how long it took and the lack of updates on delivery, don’t think we will shop here again. Shame as the prices are really good.”
“Had my Radiator fitted today and although it looks good overall there is a scratch on the front and blemishes in the paint. Given that this is painted over it occurred during manufacture. Would have expected better as it wasn't cheap. Check all over before fitting as unfortunately I have to live with it.”
“Good product with efficient sales. Delivery was however disappointing as we were left to carry the heavy product into the house ourselves as the delivery driver refused to take the delivery beyond the driveway.”
“I actually had good service but I had to take a day off work and do a round trip of 400 miles to return the steam cabinet. I have a branch of plumb world 1 Mile from my house. It’s a shame you are unable to accept returns to local depos. That would be 5Star service.”
“Mirror is very nice but despite being well packaged it arrived with slight damage at the side. I suspect it was probably damaged before packaging because it seemed highly unlikely that with the packaging it could have been damaged in post”
“The product was excellent and a good price with prompt delivery. However the delivery company left a lot to be desired. The driver did not help by not replying to my message about time of delivery. He then turned up unexpectedly, never even spoke and put the heavy item at the end of my drive and drove off. The package clearly said it needed two people to carry it and as I am 75 yrs old I really struggled to move it myself always fearing I would drop it and damage it. Poor delivery company”
“Price changed on website as about to order online. Called customer services who said they could not honour the web price so purchased at higher price. That evening I rechecked the web price and it had been reduced again so felt aggrieved and cheated on the price. Also this shower may be a direct Triton replacement of previous model but it is a lot less powerful be warned as very disappointed with its power. Product arrived on time but no instructions included so had to search online for instruction manual.”
“Prices were keen, but the carrier delivered slowly. Then bits of the sink were missing. Then back to the carrier, etc.
It took all week to get the bits.”

One of the 2 toilet seat boxes had minor damage, thankfully only affecting a "sacrificial" component.
The other toilet seat was the wrong one (had ordered 2 the same).
Just asked for resolution so can't say how good they are to deal with, but as ever, a review is requested early.”
