“This is my 2nd order with Poke Loft and doubt it'll be the last. Communication regarding despatch and tracking was once again very prompt and clear.
However I was even more impressed with the quality of the packaging - the cards was wrapped in a thick layer of bubble wrap and further protected by a combination of packing peanuts and dense carboard straw. The cardboard box was almost twice the size of the game, very sturdy and clearly marked as fragile. This leads to peace of mind when ordering an expensive card, and given the recent decline in packing quality of another big pokemon retailer (who shall remain nameless), this level of care instils nothing but confidence.
Overall I am extremely impressed with both the quality and consistency of the service. Keep it up!”

“Product and delivery once sent was all good. However, I ordered over holidays and the delivery estimate didn't account for the fact the store was shut during this period so ended up receiving it 10 days after the 2 day estimate (I understand the store may have had a note somewhere to this effect but I hadn't seen it and trusted the estimate clearly given on screen). Also came with a couple of leaflets which I dislike as wasteful.”
