Ordered Batman The Dawnbreaker just after midnight on Tuesday and it had arrived by Thursday. Regular updates from Royal Mail advising about delivery times. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

They have definitely improved on their service. Ordered from them a number of times and everything has arrived in perfect condition. Shipping does take a while but it's worth it!

So I ordered a beautiful Loungefly bag which said 2-3 days delivery (which I expected late due to current Covid situation) but then I read all the bad and negative reviews! So I sent a message on the app, FB message, Instagram message and a email 😂 which took about a day and half for someone to get back to me! Anyway my back finally arrived on time when they said it would (late) packaged great and it was amazing! So I just wanted to say how very sorry I am for doubting the company and will be ordering again very soon

I ordered 2 funko pops on 24th March for my son's birthday on 7th April. Both said they were in stock and as it's a UK site I presumed they'd arrive in plenty of time for his birthday. One arrived fairly quickly but the other one is being shipped from America! There was no mention on the website that it needed to be shipped from America and it'd be delayed. I contacted Pop In A Box via messenger and had very robotic responses from the advisors. They were very disinterested. Eventually they offered a ÂŁ5 refund but then it turned out they'd applied it as a store credit!! Safe to say I won't be using them again!! Poor customer service!!!

Ordered twice from this company and have waited weeks for both deliveries even though I asked for express delivery. When challenged they said that I need to allow 20 days for delivery. Disappointing as pop ordered was for my birthday.

Slow delivery if it even turns up at all. Emails saying product has been dispatched but no sign of item. Customer Services seem friendly and have sent out one item I reported missing but two more have been "dispatched" and its coming close to three weeks since and I feel I might be going via customer services again. Got another 2 items on pre order and it makes me wonder if it'll be the same again.

Fraudulently used my stored credit card details to make an unauthorised payment for a product that I did not order. I have taken the matter up with my credit card company. I would not recommend using this awful company.

I ordered Cowboy Bebop Pop Figures back in August 2022 as a pre-order releasing the following month. I didnt get any confirmation from the company October and didnt get a delivery date til December. The delivery got postponed and postponed multiple times and now I have just been told that its coming in April ( last month). Terrible company please do not buy from this company seek another website!

Ordered a Pop back in July. Had to keep on enquiring on where the order was, only for them to keep postponing it. Only today have I been informed (after enquiring for what feels like the 100th time) that they're currently out of stock. An absolute joke

Preordered stranger things funko pops. Never ever sent out. Then they cancelled due to no stock. Awful let down for pre orders. Managed to buy from elsewhere in the end. Amazon still have loads available to buy now. And yet piab still haven't sent the ones they didn't cancel. Almost a year ago I preordered lmao. Rubbish. Stay clear

Truly the most incompetent customer service team ever. Most likely a ploy to refuse refunds. I have and order from OVER 2 YEARS AGO, still uncompleted. I have tried to cancel this and get a refund. When you message the customer service team it’s like they ignore all previous messages to stop progress. They also insist they do not take payment until dispatch which is utter lies, do have bank statements ready because they will do anything to refuse refund. Finally got them to process a refund which supposedly would take 3-5 days and shocker, didn’t happen so I asked for an update and they act like this never existed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NOTHING AND ARE RELUCTANT TO REFUND YOU.

Pre-ordered a limited edition item back in August last year. I've been very patient waiting for it to arrive since it would depend on them receiving stock for me to. Should have been delivered in November but I did not hear anything. I was told in December they were sorting my order with a matter of 'urgency' and I should receive it in no time. I finally messaged them yesterday for an update, at which point they cancelled my order and apologised or any 'inconvenience'. I messaged them to find out why was it cancelled and more importantly why they did not do this earlier instead of waiting to hear from me. I just got back that they no longer stock it and sorry for any 'inconvenience'. I can't get the item now since it was limited edition, but they do not care about that. They just list it as an inconvenience and ignore the unprofessionalism of their company. I would warn people to not pre-order any items from this site of you actually want it to arrive

Would give negative if I could. Pre ordered the Blink-182 30th anniversary collection in August 2022, and they still haven’t arrived in January 2023. They’re “out of stock” on their website despite the fact I pre ordered them, others were able to buy them yet I received nothing.

They misrepresented the picture of the Yelena Pop on their website. Picture was of Yelena without a helmet. Received a special “chase” edition one with a freaky looking helmet on. Was for my daughter who was really sad—especially after she saw how freaky it looked. They wouldn’t do anything about it and said it was not misrepresented. Was hard to get through to them as well—overall Very poor customer service.

Would absolutely never again use or recommended at all. The delivery dates and stock levels are always super sketchy. Final straw was pre-ordering two Pops well in advance. Heard nothing until I was told they had them and they were in their way. Release date then passed with no update or response, then have a message to say they canceled them with no explanation. In that time I could have got them somewhere else but will now have to pay a premier.

What a horrible website, I bought to scarlet witch Funkos back in may so literally half a year ago. One was a pre order so I didn’t think about that one but the other one was not, so it said on the website it was sent out in June and I even checked on the progress and it said it was on its way. Then I suddenly get an email saying they cancelled the pre order that I had been waiting for. I never collect funkos anymore but I really wanted those two. And they appreciate how frustrating it is, well I don’t! Like don’t have pre order as a thing if you can’t give everyone what they ordered! Like I would have not cared as much if I don’t se how many people have the same problem as me

I placed a Pre-order for a certain Funko Pop back in July, but I discovered that other sites were selling it in November, the month it should have been shipped to me. Today I queried my order & first was told I would have it shipped to me "When it comes back in stock, at the end of the month", so I asked 'Why was it not sent out when it came in stock straight away?', to then quickly receive an email from them telling me "they had CANCELLED my order, as it was out of stock & would NOT be getting it back in". To say I'm furious is an understatement, as this was pre-ordered to be a surprise for an avid collector, who I know wanted this for her collection. I was offered a discount in future "in stock" items, but I won't be going back. I have now been left having to track down this particular Funko Pop, which I know I will have to pay well above the retail price. Oh' & to top things off I have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back, when they got it off me straight away.....why? So take my advice & DO NOT think about trusting Pop in a Box with your orders, as you might be left waiting months, just to be let down like me!
