“The advertised listing was misleading. I received the wrong color backpack. The listing had 5 pictures of a teal backpack and I received a black one. I opened a case with Poshmark to simply return the item and have them issue a refund since they were discrepanies in the listing but case closed with no explanation. One can not list multiple pictures in the listing of one color and then send a different color and only stating in small print --all black. What is all black. The inside, the box being shipped, or the zippers, etc.? The pictures should match the item and match the small print. Otherwise, what is the purpose of the pictures? ALSO the title stated nothing of the color of the item which is the first and best representation of the product. Small print is for more details and further description of the condition, not to see if the pictures are not accurately represented. Also on Poshmark, I made an offer and then they automatically accepted and shipped it immediatley before I even authorized the sale-- within minutes. These are not standard fair business practices. Again, I would like a refund or be provided a free return shipping label and I will gladly return the item for the refund.

“Do not advertise with this company, sold 2 items for Almost $400 and it’s been over 2 weeks and I have not received my money and instead, they close my account. When I sent customer support trying to get answers to where is my money, all the messages responding back was automated from Autoficial Intelligence saying same thing that it takes 2-3 days and now it’s been 2-3 weeks. Google this company and all you will see is Bad Reviews, i should have Google them first before opening an account with them. Now I have lost $400 and alot of wasted times”
“Unless you have a rare item you need to purchase, I’d not ever purchase anything on Poshmark. Their return policy is bad. Pretty much you buy it sale is final. And the timing of customer service support is days. That is way too long to wait.
In my case, I had purchased an item that per their website if purchase within the next 2 hrs item will arrive before Christmas. Guess what? It’s a lie. After order was placed, a day later received a message saying the item will be arrive 2 days after Christmas. Tried to call to cancel the order, or return it as it useless to me after Christmas. No luck. Eventually got a message saying no return unless received package damaged. Oh, item was received almost a week later, not two days after Xmas so they couldn’t even meet the delayed shipping date. Good luck if you decide to use Poshmark”
“Poshmark is just another greedy company. The items are not vetted. Poshmark wants their cut, so they harass you until you accept the item so they can make a profit off of it. The percentage they take is ridiculous , plus your shipping costs of 8.00 once you buy an item just adds to it. Do yourself a favor, and look elsewhere.”
