Unfortunately the colour frame I wanted was no longer available, I was contacted straight away offering alternative or a refund, I went with an alternative colour, the customer care team let me try the frames to ensure i was happy with them. Customer care we’re always quick to respond to queries and my glasses/sunglasses are perfect. Will definitely order from Pretavoir again. Fabulous customer satisfaction 😊”
“The refund process is an absolute joke. They take 7 days from receiving the item back before processing the refund, which then takes between 3-5 working days to hit your account.
Comms are awful, if they respond at all - avoid.
There are better websites to buy your Sunglasses from, so choose wisely.”
“Avoid this company, they take your money sell you a frame that breaks within dates for refund only to force a gift card on you. Then don't have frames you try to buy with it. When you ask for your money as the first pair were not fit for purose force another gift card when you want to buy the frames elsewhere and then you can't.”

“Courteous, prompt servicing. US based order of frames from Pretavoir, 6 months later after some parts damage, they handled a manufacturers warranty repair. Only 1.5 weeks from my dispatch back to Scotland and return to US and frames were restored.”
