Unfortunately the colour frame I wanted was no longer available, I was contacted straight away offering alternative or a refund, I went with an alternative colour, the customer care team let me try the frames to ensure i was happy with them. Customer care we’re always quick to respond to queries and my glasses/sunglasses are perfect. Will definitely order from Pretavoir again. Fabulous customer satisfaction 😊”

This last pair I purchased I saw on another company’s website and I enquired of Pretavoir whether they would be able to supply them even though they weren’t on their site. They replied quickly to say they could and told me how long it would be to get them, dispatch time and price. The sunglasses arrived when they said and the cost was a lot less than the other website.
