“Product was poor quality and your service organisation is not pursuing the issue with any urgency - despite it being a Christmas present! I sent pictures of the problem but apparently your IT cannot handle 1Mb pictures or even 350Kb jpegs. Steam driven IT and Customer Service. Still haven't replied or solved the problem - delaying tactics? A company not worth the hassle of dealing with. AVOID”

“Delivery window 6-9th. A week after the window has finished still no sign of the delivery. Standard rubbish email response saying ‘oh we can’t track it’. This response will join the other hundreds of reviews saying how terrible this company is. £4 delivery for absolutely nothing.”

“Goods dispatched in 48hrs more like days. Placed order in November, called after a week as not heard or received the order only to be told there's been a problem but I'll sort it. Details given AGAIN and told all sorted a week later still nothing. Now nearly a month from first ordering still no goods. Will never order again.”

“Placed order on the 1st of December,not dispatched for 6 days.Supposed to arrive the 8th of December at the latest.Never arrived four phone calls later,only to be told not prezzy box problem, but Royal Mail.Finally phoned again on the 13 December ,asked for my money back.Needless to say will never use prezzy box or recommend.😡😡😡😡”
