Have not received my order yet after waiting over a week and have not had a reply to my email questioning the whereabouts of my order. Have not received any tracker information either.

My order was supposed to be delivered between 6th and 8th Dec and didn't arrive. I had to call in to be told my item was out of stock. Nobody had bothered to tell me. Due on again on 19th so hope it arrives before Christmas!

My parcel is yet to be sent, 9 days after ordering, and I have received no information on why it has been so long

The item I ordered was delayed. I then received a box with just the invoice in it & no sign of the item I ordered ! Not impressed with this company ! Will have to see what happens when I phone to complain tomorrow

I still haven't received my item. Rang today to be told it's been despatched but they have no idea if or when I will receive it as apparently the post office have a back log. Very poor service and communication, will not be ordering from this company again. If they know their delivery method has problems they should swop out to a courier even if it means charging more for delivery. I'm not even convinced the item is in despatch sounds suspiciously like they are off loading blame.

1) In the website it said it will dispatch next day but it didn't 2) I've paid £3.99 for standard delivery which takes 2-3 days but today 12 Dec and I've order 4 dec nearly 10 days still didn't arrived yet 3) waste of money and time wish I didn't ordered

The worst service ever! I ordered a gift for someone else in time for the estimated delivery which told me it would arrive between 6-8th December! we are now on 12th December and guess what... the gift isn’t here! I will never recommend this website to anyone!!!

My order has not arrived at the date estimated. Waiting 15 working days means that I will potentially not have this present in time for when it is intended. A truly poor service so far.

9 days between order and delivery. 6 days between dispatch and delivery. Snow used as an excuse, despite it being dispatched 4 days prior to snowfall.

I'm still waiting for my parcels to arrive!! So I can't review other than the week and a half I've waited, these were ordered for children with nothing else to look forward to , won't order from you again

Was meant to receive my goods between 6-8th December. They turned up on 11th which was too late for my secret Santa. I refused the delivery and would like a refund.

I was told my order would be delivered by 08/12/2017 at the latest, however did not arrive, until today (11/12/2017). As it was a gift to be given on 09/12/2017, this was not possible & the order is redundant. Had I known it could not be delivered as advised I would not have made the order. Upon calling Prezziebox on the afternoon of 08/12, the adviser was unable to confirm when it would be delivered, & was unable to track the item. Realistic delivery estimates & enhanced tracking, would improve the whole experience. Kind regards

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address. Luckily the owner of the house it was delivered to was an honest person and brought it to me.

I still haven't received the ladies socks despite they should have arrived on the 8th and it's now the 11th. can you do something g about it please as they are for a Christmas gift.
