I have been using Triangle Cars for the past 5 years! I use them for work on a daily/weekly basis. Airport runs when going on holiday and bus/train station journeys. Very reliable for early morning pick ups and have never been let down. Highly recommend this company.

They don't vet the businesses and don't stand by the product they sell

I have had multiple bad experiences with Priceline. In 2021 they cancelled my booking but would not cancel my flight. So after a million phone calls and 3 months later they finally cancelled the flight and sent me a check. Fast forward to February 2024 I decided to give them a second chance. So that was stupid. I saw a great price on the website and tried to book it. It said my card was declined, tried several different cards. So I called and they said the dates were not available so they found a different hotel, for $80 more than what I saw online because they refused to use my genius discount but still a good price, and booked it with me over the phone. I never received a confirmation email and my bank wasn’t charged. So I called back to confirm that I had the reservation. They said I did but the email they had entered was wrong so they sent it to my actual email address. ALL of the information was wrong. Phone number, email address, address, and card info. And the confirmation email looked fake, nothing like confirmation emails I have seen before. They said it was actually booked through booking, but the confirmation email said Priceline. Called booking just for them to say they can’t find it. Back to Priceline, told them all of the info was wrong and they said “oh so that’s why you weren’t charged! Well we need to escalate this to someone higher to listen to the phone calls and make sure it was our mistake” WHAT!? I booked over the phone, so how would it be my mistake? I just gave the lady all the wrong info? Be so for real! Anyway they said it could take 2-3 days. Meanwhile hotels are selling out and prices are going up! They were really going to let me drive 10.5 hours with 4 kids just to not have a reservation when I get there! No one is helpful, 4 hours on the phone, transferred back and forth 100 times for nothing!! NEVER AGAIN!! Just don’t book with them!

Like everyone else I too got scammed with their unknown cancelation policy. I thought I was booking a resort that was adults only as the booking said that. This was not the case it was just an adults smoking area. I needed to change this to book in a adults only resort (they don't have this one listed) and needed to cancel. They took half my money ($2000 usd) to cancel! This is UNHEARD of and i've already contacted legal on this. Miserable customer service at best. You are better off writing your issue on a piece of paper and throwing it in the trash. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Book at the resort, hotel, car service, airline itself. Avoid at all costs.

If they have negative star I would gave them negative stars. I canceled my fly around July 2023, The agents told me so many different thing that they do not gave me credit for that fly cancel, I either have to book the fly with them right away through Alaska or put under credit Alaska airline. Even though, I put direct under priceline, and now I tried to book fly to travel around April and of course its under Alaska Airline. They said my fly only Valid through February 14. They told me I did not look through policy, I told them that they did not tell me the policy when I cancel the Fly back in July. They broke their policy and they question me back that i did not read their policy? basically, I lost $2500 from this crappy company.

I am a VIP member andnwas defrauded by… I am a VIP member andnwas defrauded by priceline. I purchased a ticket from Priceline for British airways for $1380. This was during the covid time. I could not travel so British airways allowed priceline to issue a voucher. I had 1.5 years to rebook the flight but priceline did not let me rebook. I sent many emails and called many times but to no avail. I was put on hold by priceline representatives as soon as I told them that I need to rebook using a travel voucher. Priceline wouldn't let me rebook using the voucher online either so I could only call to rebook, which priceline effectively stopped me from doing. Two weeks before the the travel credit was due to expire, I was offered a business class ticket and asked to pay additional $2500 to rebook. I was told that economy class ticket is not available , which I told the agent was available online on the priceline website for only approx. $1300. Eventually, my voucher expired and priceline kept the voucher amount. Never buying from them again.

Recently some of my family moved to MI. I booked a hotel through "Priceline", unfortunately, some how, either my mistake, or digitally, the booking was for the wrong city. After driving from FL to MI, and being exhausted when we arrived to their house, eventually wanting to go to our hotel, I google mapped it, and low and behold it was the wrong city, it was actually almost 2 hours away. So I tried to cancel the booking online and couldn't. I tried calling the hotel with no answer, calling no less than 15 times, with phone ringing until it hung up on me. I contacted the same hotel chain in the city where we were, and tried to get them to either cancel the reservation or move it to where we were, but they couldn't, and said that I needed to contact the other hotel. So again I try to call several times, no one answers. Frustrated and tired at this point, I just book the hotel where we were and send an email to the other hotel. They tell me, I would have to contact Priceline to get a refund, because I booked thru a third party. Priceline, tells me, the reservation I had shows no refunds, but on the paperwork I have it says: Cancelation policy says "FULL REFUND", unless you cancel day of then its a 56% penalty. I reached out to Priceline 2 times, 1st time, they said they would get back to me, well, that never happened, so I contacted them again today, and they said they could do nothing for me. I was willing, to take the hit, a partial refund is better than no refund. After all, this was not a "free" trip for me. But again, I was told neither Priceline, or the hotel would give me even a partial refund. I took off work, paid for a hotel (Over $250), plus gas to get there, time off of work, and I do not get paid time off. And no one is willing to even give a partial refund. That BITES! I informed the person I was speaking to that I would never use Priceline again, and that I would be sure to let my friends and family know of my experience. Be careful when booking with a third party, I will not do it again. I will especially never use Priceline. I hope they get a lot of negative reviews! Here is the cancellation policy: CANCELLATION POLICY: This booking is fully refundable if you cancel before 2022-10-20 11:59 PM. If cancelled after 2022-10-21 12:00 AM, 56 percent penalty will be charged. Cancel This Booking

priceline has the worst customer service i have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Be careful!!! the hotel they booked for me was infested with roaches and since im not 100 percent about the other insects i need to leave it there. the entire place is filthy, the 2 curtains on the window were torn and did not match and there was not even a phone in the room. worst hotel experience ever! priceline had nothing to say but offer me a 15% discount on my next stay! which will never happen. they market these dumps and have no quality control whatsoever! ill never use priceline again.

Companies that take advantage of you during time of world crisis are scumbags that do not deserve our business. Do not book through Priceline.
