“Item was great, as expected. However, order confirmation email said I would get another email with the progress of the order which I did not get. Also it did not come next day delivery. Which wouldn't have been a problem but if the site advertises this, then they should follow through with this.”

I'm very sorry to hear you needed to wait an extra couple of days for your delivery.
We advertise next day delivery and almost all customers do get their package delivered on the specified date.
Unfortunately as it's close to Christmas we may have been let down by our courier.
