“Extremely bad experience.
I ordered 2 photobooks on April 9th (I should add that the website was extremely slow and it was a real hardship to create the photobooks, it took us more than 4 hours). The photobooks processing time was written (only at the end of the process) to being between 2 and 9 business days. At 10 business day, the order was still not processed so I contacted them. They told me to be patient and tried to let me know how to count business days. When I told them I knew what business days were and showed them that we were at 10, they stopped answering my email. We are today at 11 business days and I still have no answer, my order is still not processed and not sent.
If you have pictures or photobooks to print, I would advice you to do it somewhere else. It was my first experience with them and it will be my last one.”
“Very little to say about this company, but avoid is the first thing that springs to mind.
Printing is very 'Bad Quality' and 'Customer Service' is utterly, utterly terrible, completely non existent.
Needless to say I have been waiting on a customer services advisor replying to numerous complaints regarding the quality of the picture I ordered since the 16th December, and still nothing.
They take the money, turn out sub-standard cheap goods and cut you off.
Avoid if you value the quality of your loved ones pictures.”

PRINTERPIX sent me a picture on canvas of someone else's baby👶 instead of my child! Where did my child picture go? After several failed attempts, I contacted them by email with my order number, the date I received wrong picture and even included a picture of incorrect order. This was over three months ago, yet nothing has been resolved. I fear my child's picture landed in the hands of a monster/sexual predator and may never be recovered. Printerpix has not acted respectfully or professionally.
Do your business elsewhere.”
“I made a mistake with my order, spent 5 hours trying to contact them (phone service doesn’t work, emails get ignored and live chat disconnects before it gets to your turn) eventually got the live chat to work and spent an HOUR just for them to cancel my order since they said they couldn’t correct my order for me. You get charged to cancel an order. When i thought i was free from this company, i get an email saying my order has been dispatched. “Steve Mark” didn’t cancel my order at all. SCAM COMPANY”
“I ordered a custom blanket over a month and a half ago, still hasn’t arrived. I emailed the customer service team to question this a while ago and they asked me to wait a couple more days. It has now been weeks later, I have emailed multiple more times but haven’t even got a response never mind my order.”
“I purchased two sale coupons for 11"x14" metal prints. I have used them in the past and was happy with quality. After downloading the first print, I learned that the shipping charge was $27. I requested that both prints be shipped together, but was told on the chat line after a 30 minute wait that they had to be shipped separately for $27 each which made the total cost for 2 prints at $84. I won't be using them again.”
“Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered pictures over 2 weeks ago and have not heard a thing other than my order was complete and the money was taken out of my bank account. I have tried MULTIPLE times to email and call, no response at all. If you would like to make this right you can contact me PrinterPix. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand there is a pandemic and things may be slow but if you are still going to sell a product you need to give updates and have people that you can contact. So disappointed.”

“I will never order form this place again. Absolutely horrible customer service. Its been over 1.5 month since I made an order, and I sent 3 separate emails for updates, as I could not get through the customer service line. There was an auto-response stating they would respond within 2 days, but other than that, nothing. I called yesterday, finally got through after 1 hour on hold and it was obviously a foreign customer services call center, who's phone was cutting in & out, and I could not understand her questions. She then hung up after I asked her several times to repeat what she was asking me because her phone was cutting out. So - I called again, waited on hold again, and reached another representative whose phone worked fine. He indicated that they were still processing my purchase (A blanket w/ the name of a pet, no photo) He blamed the Covid 19 crisis as a reason for the problem (my order was submitted prior to it being a national emergency) Yet - printerpix has no problem sending me 3 emails a day for "special deals" that give no warning that shipments are delayed because of demand or Covid 19. He indicated that my order would be sent out late next week, and with the mail service being pretty slow now, I probably won't get it until June. Never again.”
“I purchased a voucher from Groupon for Printerpix. When going to make the first purchase, Printerpix had added an unexplained cost to the bill. Then put the cost of posting the item up, despite the price clearly stated in the terms and conditions of the voucher. After a failed reply from their online chat and no reply from an email, over 7 days and still waiting. I phoned, spoke to a very rude person/man. Who basically said "Thats the price pay or don't have it" So I am NOT having it. Shame for them really as I was going to order over 20 products, I was only getting one to start to see if the product was any good.”
