I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company. Placed my order the very beginning of December as it looked like it would be delivered in plenty of time for Christmas. As Christmas drew closer, I never heard anything. I emailed them and they said they were waiting on artwork approval from me. Nothing in my emails or spam file for them. This went on for quite a while, still no artwork for approval. In the meantime the credit card bill came in and to my surprise, I was billed for the merchandise I ordered. I immediately e-mailed them back and they said it is their policy to charge the card up front so they can pay their artists. I have never had a company bill my card up front. They are always billed after the product is sent. I finally told them to cancel my order and credit my card back. I was going to call the credit card company myself and have the charges reversed. And to my surprise, the very next day I get an email saying my order was shipped. Mind you, it was after Christmas. I had ordered 2 pair of socks, one blue, one pink. When the order came in I got one blue pair and one white pair. Not what I ordered. I am also very disappointed in the quality of the socks. From the looks and feel of them, if they last a year, I will feel lucky. At $20+ a pair, I am not a happy person. If I could give this company no stars I would. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Ordered November 25th plenty of time to receive according to information by company. As I read reviews...after the fact (shame on me) I see the same experience I had is same for many. I finally ask about my order and questions were answered with smug degrading responses. This is there final response thus far. We really did send pictures and artwork, honestly do you know what your speaking about ?https://money.cnn.com/news/companies/bbb-ratings Texas State law no refunds on custom products. Happy to send you our lawyer it's kinda funny that you think the BBB means anything.

The Federal Trade Commission accepts complaints on deceptive business practices. I ordered mine by the Dec 3 date for “guarantee by Christmas “. It is nit quite Christmas but their rude emails to me indicate that I will NOT be receiving it by then and I will be lucky if I get it at all.

Not even a one star they r negative 86436 bootleg garage club with kids and paints cuz this isn’t a legit company. They tell u that u have more to pay and u try but nope they already ditched u and took ur money

I've written an honest review before, but unfortunately for Print Your Pet, I feel the need to write one again since their snarky "customer service" just emailed me. I'm hoping people check out this site before ordering for the holidays. I wish I had last year. You will undoubtedly be disappointed if you take the risk. DO NOT DO IT. First of all, they aren't a one star company, they're a zero star company. This company is a joke. *If* you get your product it will at least 6 months later than what they say. And that's if you get it. And that's also after a frustrating 6+ months of no one getting back to you, or straight up lying about where your product is. The positive reviews on here cannot be real. Has to be their pathetic excuse for customer service using their time to write fake reviews instead of helping customers. Their customer service is terrible, their shipping time is terrible (if they do even get to it), and their products aren't worth it. Order off literally any other similar site, you're sure to be happier than you will be ordering from them. I saw another poster recommend contacting the Federal Trade Commission along with BBB. Everyone should do this because although the BBB can't do much, but the FTC can. And this company NEEDS to be shut down. I will be contacting them about my experience with this joke of company and I'll be patiently waiting for Print Your Pet to try to contact me with some immature, vaguely threatening email... the one thing they ARE good at.

Ordered a blanket last year and was promised it would arrive before Christmas. It did not. Stopped payment and the threatening messages from them started. Ended up filing a police report. I looked up their address and it's an office and I don't think they occupy it. Reported to Attorney General and also Shopify and would encourage others with the same experience to do the same.

I ordered a Christmas present for my dad TWO YEARS AGO I have still not received the picture I spent $96 with the extra fee for express shipping. I have nonstop emailed and was told that it was being handled. This company is a complete scam and waste of time and money. I am still pursuing getting a refund

Sticking to the facts and leaving out how much of a bummer this has been. Sorry to all you pet lovers out there going through this same thing. -Placed my order on the last week of August. -Spoke with them to confirm artwork request on a single LS Tshirt. -Within a week, received artwork for approval and requested changes to be made, which they were and artwork was resent for further approval. -9/27 product hasn't shown up, missed the birthday, and requested order status update/tracking number. NO RESPONSE -10/15 Tried calling, machine answered with "person cannot be reached?" -10/15 Sent an email through their "contact us" page on website, no response. -Called my bank, reported them, received a "provisional credit" and bank is now pursuing them. I do hope they fulfill my order, but at this time I have given up and will try another avenue.

I ordered two blankets in November 2018 and they were very quick to take full payment up front. After an initial email accepting payment and estimating 2-4 weeks for order I still have not received them. I have sent numerous emails and complaints and they do not even respond. Do not order from this company! It is now September 2019 and I don’t expect to ever see that money or the order

Print Your Pet's CSR, after being flawlessly immature once again, decided to report my review. Just sent all email proof to the Trust Pilot Compliance team, so I would like to add another. Besides their obviously horribly mistaken guarantee of product before Christmas, their CSR's were unresponsive. Their automatic notification of shipment gave me tracking that wasn't valid. They did not respond to this, and the order confirmations they gave me did not pull up anything on their site. MONTHS after having cancelled my order and out of the blue I get a snobby CSR who instead of apologizing tells me something to the tune of "your credit card cancellation was reversed," and then word for word says "try again next time :)"

Ordered in November 2018. I KNOW they got my order bc they emailed me a confirmation code. They have stopped responding to my emails altogether since early this year. They refuse to give me refund, and STILL have not sent me my order. This website is complete b***sh** and the reviews on their website are also very fake.

I ordered two blankets in November as a Christmas present. They did not arrive and I heard no response for months. I canceled the order of one blanket, but have never received my refund. They emailed me a screen-shot of an employee telling someone else to initiate the refund as 'proof' they refunded me and refuse to do anything more. In addition, when I did receive one blanket in May, it was incorrect artwork that I had not disproved and asked to be changed. I received a notification that the blanket was shipping a week after it arrived. The company is a scam and have not replied to most emails.

xMy mother lost her dog recently and I wanted to get her something to remember him with. I ordered a phone case through Printy Pets and it was unfortunately the wrong size. I contacted the support team and got a prompt response asking for more information, which I then provided. I was told they'd send a correct size and was thrilled with the customer service. I hadn't received a shipping confirmation, so reached back to find that they had apparently changed their mind and decided they weren't going to send a replacement as they were 'not at fault'. I'm just so disappointed that it was first confirmed that they'd send a new size and when that was reversed, I wasn't notified. There are a lot of phone case options out there - I highly recommend going elsewhere.

I ordered $100 blanket in January and in February they told me it would be here in a couple weeks if I had has never arrived I asked for a refund they stopped answering my emails and I cannot get my products or my refund this company is absolutely horrible

No one should ever order from this company. my daughter ordered socks for her boyfriend the beginning of December 2018. to date we have not received them and cannot even get an order status as the site states either the order number is wrong or the email address is incorrect (neither of which is true). it's a shame I can't give no stars in the review.
