“I did actually get the blanket I ordered about a month and a half after I purchased it. It was well made and exactly what the artist had sent for confirmation (about a month after initially ordering).”

“If I could give less stars I would. These people are thieves. They took my daughters money, promised to have the gift to her by Christmas, then tried to charge her more. Now they refuse to refund her money, and have never sent her blanket. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.”

“i Order a blanket for MY Marine son of his dog at home. They took my money out of my account and never sent me my item. After several emails requestS for a phone # and item to be sent to me. I only have been sent random auto messages. this company is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.”

“This is unequivocally the worst purchase I have ever made. It was partially my own mistake - I should have googled this company and read its horrific reviews before buying anything. I bought the blankets for Christmas gifts in November, and received them 5 MONTHS later. When I emailed customer service - which I did 6 times over the course of this process - I was told my shipping would be expedited. It was not. When the blankets finally arrived, they had been haphazardly squished into a too small shipping bag, covered in tape. While the dog renderings themselves were nice, the quality of the printing is horrendous. The blanket is cheap and the fibers are painted - meaning whenever you touch the blanket's material, it reveals white underneath. The nap and shedding is absurd. I am scared to wash it for fear that the print itself will wash out. I will never again order this product - I kick myself for spending the absurd amount of money that I did and am embarrassed to give them as gifts.”

“So I'd like to start off by setting some people at ease. Despite what everyone else is saying, it is not a scam. After ordering my blanket I became a little worried when it was beyond the "2-4 weeks" so I started checking reviews, and after finding this site I was sure I had been scammed. BUT, today I received my blanket, and am very happy with it, it's perfect. Yes, it did take a while and the customer service seems to be lacking, but overall I cant say that I'm unhappy with the whole process. It only took 6 weeks for it to be shipped from Texas to me here in Nova Scotia, Canada, which is not nearly as bad as what other people have been made to wait. After reading other reviews I'm assuming this company received a massive influx of orders before Christmas which was more than they could handle. I think this company definitely has some things to work on, but their product seems to be top notch. Overall I'm pretty happy with my whole experience, the quality of the blanket was worth the wait. So hopefully this helps anyone that is coming here, worried about being scammed.”

“I just want to add my one star (should be zero stars) to this group. Made two blanket orders in October of 2018 and now it's almost March and I still haven't received anything. They don't respond to emails. I'm assuming I've been completely tricked out of my money at this point. Waste of money and time. Such a shame.”

“If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered a blanket in early November, they did state that it wouldn’t be here for Christmas, which was fine, they said it would be three to four weeks after. No big deal. I understood Christmas is a busy time and I was a bit late on ordering. Fast forward to today (February 26) and STILL NO BLANKET. I have emailed three times. The only thing I have received from them is a 7.00 refund for my shipping. I have recently asked for a full refund. DO NOT ORDER from print your pet. It’s a waste of money and time.”

“If I could start this review without giving them even one star I would. My story is the same as so many already on here. Placed my order for socks on Nov 10 hoping to have them for a Christmas stocking gift. I have had to hound them to get any response and all they say is that they have had so much business they can't keep up. I am wondering if there is any recourse through the Better Business Bureau. Have they run out of money? Lost all their employees? It's absolutely the worst customer service ever.”

“I ordered a shirt on 11/16 and to date I still haven't received anything. I have sent numerous emails and was told that it was out for shipping over a month ago... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! There are several other companies that do the exact same thing except you actually get the product you paid for (crazy right!?). It has now been over 3 months and I spent $40 for nothing...”

“I placed an order on Dec 7th as a special gift for my father. To date have not received my order. No emails nothing. Wish I read the reviews before making a purchase. Have been told I would get a shipping refund nothing yet!!! I spent almost 80 for nothing at this point.”

“I placed an order early December. I knew that it would take a bit for the order to arrive, due to the holidays. A month went by I finally got an email after reaching out several times and they told me two weeks. Another month went by. I emailed again asking the status and they told me they had no idea. I canceled the order and they told me it would take 20 to 25 BUSINESS DAYS for the refund to be completed. This company is a joke. I placed an order at PrintyPets and they told me 2-4 weeks and have already emailed me more times with updates for my order in a week than this company has in months. Don't waste your time and money with this company.”

“Print your pet is a scam. Never received product. Order placed in November. Kept emailing back with deflection tactics like "2 more weeks" and "we will upgrade your shipping to priority. Have since initiated a dispute with my credit card company. They have yet to receive a response from the company despite multiple attempts.”

“They do not even deserve 1 star. I ordered a custom blanket on December 10, 2018. Was told 4-8 weeks. It is now February 21, 2019 and I have not received any information or a timetable of possible delivery. I also can not even check my order status anymore through the company website. This company is garbage, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.”

“Seriously do not order from here. I ordered a mug on Dec 7th 2018 it's currently Feb 20th 2019 and haven't received ANYTHING from the company, no updates nothing. I emailed them to complain and told them I want a full refund because at this point I don't want what I ordered anymore, it was a gift for someone. All they wrote back was bear with us we are catching up. I emailed them 4 times AFTER that and no one has responded to me. Don't use them for anything, customer service is horrible and you'll never see your money or what you ordered again.”

“I ordered a blanket before thanksgiving for a christmas present. IT IS FEB 19TH AND I LITERALLY HAVE NOT GOTTEN EVEN AN EMAIL BACK! they took my 80$ and then can't even respond or follow through or pretty much do anything. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM”
