Same exact experience as everyone else. At first, the company seems very legit. They respond to emails, send out art approval and are very friendly. However, after a month or so, you hear nothing. I ordered a blanket on October 19th and am still waiting. I have emailed several times and gotten no response. I am disgusted by how many scam artists there are out there. I learned my lesson. Buyers be ware. NEVER order from this company or any other company advertising on Facebook.

I am rolling on the floor laughing at these "legal" threats!!! Actually, truly laughing out loud! I have two theories: (1) this "attorney" they have on retainer sending threatening emails over $80 is an individual who failed out of law school, or (2) there is no actual attorney and the company is lying about this like most everything else. My money is on option 2. As an actual attorney, let me explain something to the customer service here--who seems to have the IQ of a fence post: the legal definition of defamation (slander or libel) is something that harms your reputation and is NOT TRUE! If legitimately every review here is based in fact, you don't have a leg to stand on. Any hack job attorney would know this, especially with the copied-and-pasted real evidence of correspondence with this scam company others have shared here and with the BBB. So, any current or potential customers who are reading this: please understand the only party getting dragged to court in this scenario is "Print Your Pet". Some of these responses from customer service containing blackmail and threats are so fantastically unfounded, ridiculous, and stupid, that I would love to see them used as an exam question in a consumer law class. In other news, get ready for the BBB complaint I filed demanding a refund... we'll see how things progress from there. Fight fire with fire I suppose? Or as Print Your Pet says, "see you in court!" SMH

Probably the worst experience I’ve had with a small company! I ordered a phone case of my dogs s after waiting months to revive my phone case, I received a order that was completely wrong ! Wrong colors didn’t look like my dog ext.. reached out to print your pet to have it fixed and at first they seemed promising and eager to help and fix their mistakes... after a few days I stopped receiving responses from print your pets fulfillment team, and when I did get a email back the response was short and rude. Will NEVER order again or recommend to anyone ! I was so excited for my case that was about $50 to end up with something I won’t ever use, and a a sour taste in my mouth for the print your pet company from the horrible customer service I received !

This is a company that needs to google what "customer service" means After posting reviews online I was contacted by the company and this is what I was told: "You;ll need to work with us and remove all theses reviews and defamation online if you want to get a resolution. if not we already sent an email to deal with it by legal means." and after letting them know that I was not removing my review since other consumers had the right to know about them they sent me this "We don't need your positive review, we sold 50,000 units you really think 100 reviews less than 1% of the orders effects us? we have a whole new team, we are breaking records selling more than we did last year. Your claims are false and basis. Why run away from a judge and lawyers to solve this? Obviously you don't understand how clear we have been. You have freedom of speech but not of consequences of what is said you'll actually have to present evidence, and prove what you are saying "scam" after 200k in donations, thousands of happy customers? You really have no idea what you are talking about. We offered a solution, of course you never respond to the email and run scared spreading lies online. Why not come face them like an adult put up the money and let's solve this. As of now and your threats of black mail the only way we are getting a resolution is in front of a judge." Any positive review you see on them is a lie. Go to your bank with this and they will refund your payment & they will then pursue action against Print your Pet. If I could put 0 stars I would. My sister ordered me a blanket on 12/11/2017. Today is 03/17/2018 and this has still not been shipped or even updated for shipping. The company keeps coming with the same excuse every single time that "they had a back log of orders and that they will be updating the shipping information soon" I'm sorry what? WHY ARE YOU STILL ACCEPTING ORDERS IF YOU HAVEN'T FILLED THE ONES YOU ALREADY HAVE? I have never in my life waited this long for an order to be processed. I have ordered things from China that have ran circles around the delivery from this place. I have requested a refund for my sister and have even looked on the BBB website for this company. THEY HAVE 21 UNANSWERED COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM! Pretty sure they are running some sort of scam on people as we have not seen a refund from our order either. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM! There are plenty of other companies that do this and have excellent reviews and customer service. Your pet will pass away by the time you receive any type of product from this FAKE COMPANY!

Same as the other reviews. Ordered in December 2019 and as of mid-February 2020 have not received the product or gotten an indication of when it will arriving. Assuming it is a fraud.

I've written an honest review before, but unfortunately for Print Your Pet, I feel the need to write one again since their snarky "customer service" just emailed me. I'm hoping people check out this site before ordering for the holidays. I wish I had last year. You will undoubtedly be disappointed if you take the risk. DO NOT DO IT. First of all, they aren't a one star company, they're a zero star company. This company is a joke. *If* you get your product it will at least 6 months later than what they say. And that's if you get it. And that's also after a frustrating 6+ months of no one getting back to you, or straight up lying about where your product is. The positive reviews on here cannot be real. Has to be their pathetic excuse for customer service using their time to write fake reviews instead of helping customers. Their customer service is terrible, their shipping time is terrible (if they do even get to it), and their products aren't worth it. Order off literally any other similar site, you're sure to be happier than you will be ordering from them. I saw another poster recommend contacting the Federal Trade Commission along with BBB. Everyone should do this because although the BBB can't do much, but the FTC can. And this company NEEDS to be shut down. I will be contacting them about my experience with this joke of company and I'll be patiently waiting for Print Your Pet to try to contact me with some immature, vaguely threatening email... the one thing they ARE good at.

If I could give less stars I would. These people are thieves. They took my daughters money, promised to have the gift to her by Christmas, then tried to charge her more. Now they refuse to refund her money, and have never sent her blanket. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Would give them zero stars if possible. Bought a custom blanket on 12/09/2018. It has now been two months since I made the order and I still have not received it. They sent me a confirmation email and number, but now I can't even check my order status. No one has responded to any of my emails and I'm out $70.00

I ordered my baby sister a fleece blanket for Christmas on December the 9th 2018 and do not have the blanket or my money back. I cannot get in touch with no one about the issue either. They stole my money and ran. My sister is upset also. Frauds!!!!!!!!!!

if I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely garbage company. I ordered 2 coffee mugs on November 23rd 2018 and it is now January 16th and I have not received it. Sent many emails and still have not heard back! Don't waste your time!

I ordered a coffee mug and a pillow on November 5th 2018 and paid 67.85 for both and it’s now January 15th. And I’ve asked for a refund several times and sent several emails about if I will ever get my product or a refund because I would rather have the money now anyways it was supposed to be a Christmas present. Their customer service is horrible, their refund service doesn’t exist and they will never be on time and I will never hug from there again and will advise everyone else to never buy from them.

Placed my order on November 29 so I didn't really expect it to get here before Christmas buts it's now nearly 2 weeks into January and my order still shows "unfulfilled." They haven't responded to my emails and I had to file a dispute with my bank.

Very friendly and accommodating printing service. It does take awhile to receive your order, but when it finally arrives, it is so worth it! I encourage others who have placed orders to be patient!

I'm in the same boat as apparently 80% of the people who ordered something from this company. I ordered a blanket for my sister as a Christmas gift on October 29 and then got an email on Dec 9 showing me what the artwork looked like. I figured it would get here for Christmas. Well its December 28 and I have emailed them twice asking about it and I have heard nothing back. I'm confused as to how there are good reviews with people posting pictures with their products. Also confused as to why they would bother to create the art if they're not going to send it. Maybe it will show up next year? Angry with the company and annoyed at myself for falling for the trick.

I have emailed 5 times. I have not received ANYTHING about my order that I ordered all the way in NOVEMVER! Horrible business, can’t even respond back to their customers or keep their word when saying that you will get your order before Christmas if you ordered before November 25th. I haven’t even received shipment information!

No blanket, No refund, and Zero contact. Tried to get more money out of me. I have tried to get in contact with them for over a month. I sent 5 emails, and tried to look for a number, but found nothing. I was emailed by them to pay for an "add on" for the full body option, which I selected, and watched the additional cost be added to my order. I followed the order process step by step, and now they won't email me back. I am not a rich person, and I don't have a lot of family left after my Granny passed away. I just wanted a blanket (one of my favorite things) with my dog, who I love so much, on it for christmas. They're a bunch of cons, and now I'm out some groceries with no cozy blanket to show for it. Im just sorry i was stupid enough to fall for this. Will call them out on Instagram and then probably get blocked. Contacted my bank and they will be helping me sort this out. They will be refunding me the money, and I asked about an investigation from this seller, and they said it was possible.

I ordered my son a blanket for Christmas back on November 20 th. About a week before the cut off date. I have yet to receive any kind of email to approve artwork much less an email just to say that my order is being worked on. I’ll be sending all this information to the Better Business Bureau ASAP. The company should be shut down for fraud and false advertisement. They should at least be giving refunds to customers who won’t be getting the product they paid for by Christmas. I should have checked the reviews, my mistake. There will be a special place in Hell for the assholes that run this fly-by-night “business” they are heartless crooks who took advantage of animal lovers. Shame on them!!!! Should have been suspect when there was no phone number to call. Makes me sick to see how they say they are “helping animals” and “shelters” yet think it’s okay to rip people off.

I submitted an order Nov 7th. Despite multiple emails back and forth, one of which stated he was "looking at my artwork" I haven't had anything to review. Its December 11th. I've asked for a refund and been denied, even though they obviously haven't started it. My credit card company will be canceling the charge, but I'm irritated enough by their poor customer service that I hope no one ever orders from them again!
