“Before everyone freaks out because my review is different please listen! I put my order in during November and I have been emailed by the company multiple times. They have been nothing but polite and very helpful in their emails. I just received my proofs of the blankets I ordered. And I truly could not have been any happier after seeing them. The artists did absolutely amazing in capturing the details in all of my parents and siblings pets. This company is absolutely outstanding in what they do for their customers and helping put money towards charity as well. I truly believe before you freak out because you haven’t received your proofs of your orders just relax and give the company a little more time. I know it’s very hard to be patient waiting for gifts you are going to give to other people. But posting a extremely negative review because you’re waiting for a CUSTOM order isn’t going to make the company put your order through any quicker. From most of these reviews it seems like they will hold your order even longer because you haven’t given them time to do their jobs. The print your pet company is actually very understanding towards their customers, as long as their customers are very understanding towards their company. Everyone must know how extremely busy the company is during this time of the year especially. They are probably reviewing countless orders daily and who even knows how many emails. If you are polite to them they will be very polite to you. Respect goes both ways the workers at the print your pet company are still human. During the Christmas season shouldn’t everyone be a little more generous towards one another. The fact you thought about your loved ones so much to do something as thoughtful as this is more then enough. Your orders will come in! Just give it some time and you will be more then happy with the turnout.”

“I am happy with my purchase. Print Your Pet came through! They are very professional and do their best to keep you updated. I ordered socks and a blanket with my puppy Roscoe on them. I walk around the house with my blanket wrapped around my body and my socks up to my ankles. He barks cutely and runs around in circles when he sees them!”

“I received my “Print Your Pet” merchandise after a month. I ordered 2 socks and a t shirt with my Golden Retriever named Lucky on them. The quality of the products are simply phenomenal. Their artistic talent is undeniable. They have accurately depicted my Golden Retriever so well. I also like that they send you the artwork for pre-approval before beginning the drawing process. They basically sketch out a rough draft to see if it meets the criteria you’re looking for. I am very satisfied with the end result!”

“Print Your Pet sent my socks within a couple months and they look exactly like my Doberman. On each pair of socks, my dog is identical to how we know and love him. I understand that they need to improve their shipping times, but make no mistake, the quality of the items is worth the purchase. Our Doberman passed away last year, so getting these socks for every member of the household holds serious sentimental value for us and will always keep Charlie close to our hearts. Print Your Pet made this possible in a unique and unforgettable way. I recommend!”

“My daughter ordered for a Christmas gift. Sadly it didn’t arrive on time ( a week late ) but the product itself is amazing. Great pup likeness on a super soft blanket. I would order again. Just not in a crunch time period thing like Christmas and allow 8 weeks or so to receive it”

“So I'd like to start off by setting some people at ease. Despite what everyone else is saying, it is not a scam. After ordering my blanket I became a little worried when it was beyond the "2-4 weeks" so I started checking reviews, and after finding this site I was sure I had been scammed. BUT, today I received my blanket, and am very happy with it, it's perfect. Yes, it did take a while and the customer service seems to be lacking, but overall I cant say that I'm unhappy with the whole process. It only took 6 weeks for it to be shipped from Texas to me here in Nova Scotia, Canada, which is not nearly as bad as what other people have been made to wait. After reading other reviews I'm assuming this company received a massive influx of orders before Christmas which was more than they could handle. I think this company definitely has some things to work on, but their product seems to be top notch. Overall I'm pretty happy with my whole experience, the quality of the blanket was worth the wait. So hopefully this helps anyone that is coming here, worried about being scammed.”

“I ordered my product late November. I was told it would arrive early January and was even told it was shipped. Eventually I got suspicious and e-mailed the company. After a week with no reply I looked up reviews and was pretty sure I got scammed. I e-mailed the ARTIST who showed me what my product would look like, a few days after that they did actually ship it (showed UPS travel and all) and it did show up. I really do like my blanket but I don't recommend ordering from them until they speed up their delivery. Company seems like it has too much demand for the amount of employees they have.”

“Absolute disaster. Ordered on nov 5 th. No replies to emails. Order still says unfilled. Will not recommend to anyone. Still have some faith it may make it here by my daughters bday in August. Very upsetting.”

“I will admit that this company did not have good customer service, and I truly did believe this was a scam especially based on the reviews after I placed my order. I had emailed so many times, and sometimes I would receive an email back, and other times I wouldn’t when checking back in on my order status. I ordered a blanket on November 11th, and just now got it 3 months later. I just want to say that this is a real company, but it does take much longer than what they state. I had ordered this as a Christmas gift for my grandmother, and was upset I didn’t receive it until now, January 5th. I do absolutely love the blanket, and just want to let people know that it’s not a scam and the order will come it just takes a VERY long time.”

“I wrote a review for this a few days after Christmas as the blanket I had ordered for my sister still had not come. Mid-January I finally started receiving emails from them. Its Jan 15 and my blanket has come. It took considerably longer than I thought it would but the blanket is cute and soft. Honestly it would be a higher review if it didnt' take so dang long. Happy with my product but the process was such a nightmare I won't be ordering from them again. I wish the rest of you luck!”
