“I ordered several sleep sets and I was blown away by the quality and fit! These sets are a tall girls dream. Most pjs I buy fit short but the sets I bought from privilege had length to spare. It has been a while since I have been this happy with an online order. Thank you!”

“I ordered two pairs of matching pyjamas and agreed to the return policy. Half my order was filled and refund was issued for other half because store had wrong inventory. This was frustrating because I couldn't get a refund nor both of the items that I wanted. I am not in support of the return policy.”

“This review is two-fold: The good- the quality of Sleep by Priv. I purchased these as gifts, and material is like no other I have ever felt. And then the bad- I have requested a return/exchange with Priv as they sent me the incorrect size (ordered a medium, they sent me a large), it has been 13 days since requesting this, and I have not heard a word from Priv and the return request still says "pending". After waiting a week for a response on my initial request, I sent Priv a message through their website, it has now been 6 days, and again, I have had no response from Priv. I am just very frustrated with their lack of customer service and communication.”
