“The course was extremely helpful to update on all proper food safety techniques. I found the content on two subject matters confusing; certain information was contradicted or switched around so that it wasn't clear what the answer would be for testing purposes. I asked to have my incorrect answers sent to me with the correct answer for learning purposes but no response. I think that it would be helpful to follow up after the exam and inform students of the correct answers for their mistakes in the examination. Also the content was not adapted well to the computer so I had to constantly use the sidebars to slide all the information into place.”

“I took the Food Safe course which was very informative. I got the chance to practice some questions that relates to each unit. It does not allow you to move on to the next unit if you did not answer 80% of the questions correctly, however, you could choose to move on. I enjoyed the program. You can stop, take a break then continue from where you left off. The price is reasonable. My only drawback is, I found it a bit difficult at first to identify the icons and navigate my way through them. I believe a video at the beginning to show how to navigate the different icons would be beneficial and hence prevent the waste of time. Apart from that I would recommend Probe It to all those who need to complete the Food Safe course”

“Systematic and well organized learning program that was rigorous and captivating with a variety of mastery learning feedback activities. I suggest increasing informative and instructive videos not necessarily scenarios for quiz otherwise Probe It you are doing great. I give you 5 stars”
