“On two separate orders, the items (sweatpants) I purchased were apparently not available and replaced with other items I did not want. A total of 3 pairs of sweatpants were different than what I ordered (2 pairs were correct). Furthermore, all three pairs of the wrong items were not enclosed in plastic sealed wrappings as were the two correct items leading me to wonder if I was receiving brand new pants rather than returns from other purchasers. My attempt to return items using their website online form was useless as there was no way to complete the process. Beware, if you purchase from Proozy, you may get whatever they choose to send (and not what you ordered) and rectifying the problem is a challenge to say the least. I won't use Proozy in the future.”

“Customer service does not respond. And watch your sale prices. A hoodie will be 40 bucks. But there is a 50%sale. In 2 weeks that exact same hoodie is 100 bucks. But you are in luck. It’s 80% off. So it’s the same 20 bucks. And a few time you will think you clicked on an item. But what pops up is a very close item in the same brand but different. Once you understand that they lie you can get some good deals if you understand the sale price is the normal price”
“I ordered a golf jacket on Dec. 6th . I received an email saying I would be updated on its delivery on Dec. 8th. Sunday Dec 12th I emailed Proozy asking where my golf jacket was , I received an email back saying they were closed on Sundays and someone would get back to me . By Wed. the 15th when nobody contacted me I tried calling the customer service phone number and the automated system said that all their agents were busy and they would call me back. nobody called back . I tried calling the next day and got the same message , again nobody called me back.”

“Changed the quantity of my order. When I tried to contact them to modify or cancel the order (trying to save on shipping and it got expensive with the order change). When the order did arrive (the website says that it hasn't shipped yet) it was the wrong size. I sent in another inquiry and I still have not heard back from Proozy yet on either of my emails to their support. Extremely disappointed. Hopefully I can get the correct size from them.”
“Warning. Their return policy is short
Their return policy is only 30 days . Bought a $60 spider jacket for my brother and I didn’t get to see him till a few weeks after and it is too small.. definitely not accurate size fit ,. They refused to return, exchange or give me credit .. think during a pandemic they should revisit their return policy to Be more customer service friendly. Will not use again And will warn friends.”

Thank you for your feedback. We currently have a holiday return policy that allows returns within 60 days once the package has been received. Our usual policy is 30 days once the package has been received. Unfortunately, your order is outside of 60 days and we are not able to make an exception however we thank you for your comment and feedback.
