“Been taking proven tablets now for many years. I'm rarely ill or av any tummy problems they fit in with my daily life Four pillars of strength are amazing no need for different tubes of vitamins you have all you need in one strip . I also take shapeline for the belly and again really good product,”

“I was advised to take proven probiotics from my PT to help me improve my gut health. I don't particularly have any issues but have recently taken antibiotics and had some long term stress. They are very easy to take in my morning glass of water. The taste is a very pleasant, mild fruity taste which doesn't come across as powdery or synthetic and I actually look forward to drinking it. Ordering and delivery was straightforward.”
