“Placed an order in the first week of December and still haven't received anything (17/01/20) - I have emailed and filled out the online contact forms 3 times now but cannot get a response from the company.
I have opened a case with my bank to try and get a refund but in the meantime, I have found the Directors addresses on Companies House and will take the matter from there.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!”
“Scam. Goods not delivered. No conatct from company. Money back from Credit Card company. What I don't understand is why the CC companies allow transactions with companies like this. Do they like refunding scammed customers ? Why don't the CC companies get them shut down and blacklisted for transactions ? Bizarre.”

If I could give this company minus 5 stars I definitely would, I ordered an item back in September/October and was told it would be delivered within 7-10 working days and it hasn’t arrived until now. I have tried to contact the company by email and online form but no reply, also the company don’t have a contact number to call. I have contacted trading standards and they are proceding with court lawsuits. Please read this review as it is 100% genuine and this company is a bunch of robbing b*****ds.”
“Couldn’t email me fast enough to let me know that my order was ‘more than likely going to be delayed’ in the run up to Christmas. But over a month later, I still haven’t received my original order. I’ve mailed them twice asking for updates and funnily enough their ability to communicate seems to have completely crumbled.
Was naive to use this company before reading some of the reviews on this site, a lot of which elude to the experience I’ve had. Never again. Next time I’ll just buy my dad a pint for Christmas.”

“This company are claiming to be dormant at companies house, and yet are trading, which is illegal. Their accountant Selene Accounting, 1 Scott House, Cook Way, Bindon Road, Taunton, Somerset, England, TA2 6BG are complicit in this illegal activity. Currently Directed by Steven and Carol Holmes. I've contacted trading standards and HMRC to report them. They will, if found accountable, be prosecuted and may face jail time for fraud and other criminal activities. I'm also contacting the web hosting company to inform them that they're hosting an illegally trading company.”
