This company is a scam, bought a deep fryer on the 3rd of January 2023 and they said delivery will be within 5 days but nothing has come through up until 4th February 2023. Have called them so many times but no response. I wonder how they still manage to operate in this country with this magnitude of scam and no body is doing anything to close them down. Very disgraceful.

“I have been scammed of £255. I never received the 4 tables I ordered mid July 2020 (we are now mid November!). When I call they told me that the money will be back on my account in few days. Never buy anything from them.”

“SCAM - Avoid at all costs, I wish I had looked at these reviews before I ordered. I am in the same boat as these other people almost £200 order still waiting for it!!! I have sent endless emails no response at all, waste of time. I am taking the matter further they should not be allowed to trade. I am also claiming my money back from the credit card company.
Apparently Pub Shop and Home Shop are the same companies, run by the same people. Go to "Companies House" for details, then the appropriate authorities to lodge a official complaint, which I am going to do.”

They are thieves. You will never receive the goods you have ordered and paid for. They will take your money, will not reply to your emails and will not pick up the phone.
Avoid both PUBSHOP CATALOGUE LTD and HOME SHOP CATALOGUE LTD which are scam companies run by the same people Mark David Arneil RUST and Robert Edward SYMES.”
