“Take as you find. I placed an order at the end of June. I telephoned & emailed, after a week, as I needed the goods quickly. Mr. Symes phoned back - the goods were out of stock & wouldn't be in my timeline need. I agreed to cancel the order & have a refund. This has been done within 10 days. [The specific goods I wanted are also out of stock on every other suppliers websites too - So it is a genuine reason that Pubshop could not meet the order]. I must admit I was shocked when I read other reviews - I hadn't done so before ordering, so was worried when I did read them. But it has all turned out OK for me. I've left it as a 3star review, but actually the service was acceptable.”
