Never have wrote a bad review, but this is INTOLERATABLE... Have made my first order online, delivery for my order should take 5 days, I was waiting 3 weeks, were contacting the company through all chats, emails & ect - had NO ANSWER, NO EMAIL BACK, haven’t got any response back where is my order. Even NO TRACKING for my delivery. The customer service here is ABSOLUTE 0 & NOTHING... AWFUL! Had NO RESPONSE, but received my purchase after a month after placed my order. Now have requested a return & have send back my purchase. It was 2 weeks ago. Again, I am waiting for confirmation that they received my return, but AGAIN - NO CONFIRMATION, NO EMAIL BACK... When trying to contact them through chat - long waiting for the answer & it always expires, then turns off with NO ANSWER given. This company was one of my favourites few years ago, but I was always shopping in-store & never had any issues... But now I could say - STAY AWAY from P&B & DO NOT SHOP HERE, because it’s the most AWFUL shopping experience I ever had! THERE IS NO ANY RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER!!!

I have now given up trying to deal with my complaint through Pull & Bear, as their staff have proven dishonest, disorganised and, quite frankly, useless. I had a pair of £20 jeans for Christmas - the stitching came undone and I asked to return them. Over the course of trying to deal with this (and a complaint), I had to use their chat once, send 11 emails and call six times (most of which lasted over an hour). After six weeks of fighting, I eventually managed to return my jeans, but I am still waiting for my complaint to be resolved two months later. Time after time staff members promised me that I wouldn't have to waste any more of my life and that they'd take responsibility for my case, but each one proved themselves to be terrible at their job and a liar. I told Gloria I had lost all faith and she promised to call me back with an update; it didn't happen. I then spoke to Anna, who offered me a 5% discount code. I told her this wouldn't do, then she put me on hold for 20 minutes and hung up. I then spoke to Joanna, who promised me she took pride in her job, that she was different and that she'd keep me updated - she wasn't and did nothing. As the staff have no power and you can't speak to a "manager" or the team responsible for dealing with complaints, I sent an official complaint. I told them I wanted the staff to be dealt with and that I wanted some compensation in the form of a voucher for having wasted months of my time. After chasing multiple times, none of my concerns were answered and I got offered a 10% discount - I am not spending more money to receive compensation. Pull & Bear, without doubt, has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The staff are poorly trained, useless, unmotivated liars and management should be ashamed of themselves and their workers.

worst experience I ever had with any of my online purchase. Firstly, one of my item from my order was cancelled after 8 days of my order confirmation and then the remaining items were dispatched after 13 days. I had to return few items from same order and after posting the return I was waiting 20 days and then I had to contact 4 times to inquire about my refund. one of the agent told me that the item was scanned at warehouse 2 weeks ago after I gave the proof of postage. My bad experience is not over yet, as when I was refunded PULL&BEAR refunded my items for less than what I paid for. the prices of the items are different in return emails from when I bought them. Could anyone believe this? Now I had to contact 5th time for the same order and not getting my refund because they are asking for proof of postage again. Is it possible that they had refunded me for my order without receiving it? Oooh very poor service

I have never bought trousers of such a bad quality. Wore them first day and saw that the pockets started ripping. Sew them. Wore two days, the holes became even worse. Was really disappointed paying 26£ for the pair of trousers that ripped on my ass straight after I dropped on the floor a lid and tried to get it. Funny but sad. The worst quality I had ever seen in my life. I do not think there would be any more attempts to go shopping in pull&bear. If you want to spend your money wise - spend it on jeans&trousers that are more expensive in better shops that would serve you longer and would be in excellent condition.

Just returned an item to P&B in Vienna. That a product was faulty can happen, that's fine, but the rudeness of the staff was not acceptable. Today they lost four customers for good: all of my family.
