“I ordered an item by accident and emailed to cancel the order in less that one minute. 3 days later, they intentionally shipped the order anyway and have so far given me a 30 day run around suggesting if I take it to the post office, no postage will be required. As they do not seem to want the product back, I requested a refund as the product was cancelled well before they shipped it. They are evasive and eventually just stop responding to you. Do not buy from this company, they are unethical and will take your money by any means.”
“Regarding order number 731949. I have been trying to get a refund for the case that I returned over a month ago. They sent me the wrong color so I send it back with hopes of them sending the right color. Well it's been over a month and I keep getting the run around. I just want a refund. The phone number for punkcase is a joke. Just an answering machine and I don't think that they even actually read the emails because their response doesn't make sense. Very generic response. I think this company is a sham.”
“Bought a waterproof case and paid for express delivery. The wrong case was sent. I now have to send back the wrong case at my own expense to New York from the UK. Punk is refusing to ship the right case until I return the wrong one. My original postage plus the return postage is more than the cost of the case. Don't buy from this company, I’ve read loads of reviews saying they didn’t get the right item delivered.”
