“I cant speak for my self ,because I got this chocolate for a friend, she has a lot of dietary issues. Dairy intolerance is one of them. She loves the chocolate, and had no ill effects eating it.”

“Bought this chocolate as a treat for myself being diabetic. Having tried numerous brands and varieties over the years this is by far the best! I have not been disappointed and would recommend this to anyone who has special dietary requirements!! The fruit and nut is my particular favourite and the burnt caramel is gorgeous! I will definitely buy more of this!!”

“I purchased the chocolates mostly for Christmas presents for chocaholic friends. I've just tried the dark chocolate, which I liked and the Mint, which was fine but, not so keen as the dark. I rarely eat chocolate myself, being a recovering chocaholic! I really like the way the company is run, the messages sent sound very friendly like a true family business, keep up the good work.”

“Love this chocolate, especially the ginger. Being a diabetic it's so nice to be able to eat chocolate virtually "sin free". My main problem is making the bars last and not eating them at once!”

“Considering this chocolate has none of your usual ingredients, it's pretty good. My only gripe is that I bought a coffee flavoured bar and was disappointed, because you could hardly taste coffee and the raspberry bar was on the same par. Fruit & nut I enjoyed.”

“Absolutely love this chocolate, as a mother of a dairy intolerant child it is hard to find delicious healthy (no refined sugar) treats that are an affordable price. I love the variation of flavours that are offered. I myself am a vegan so the chocolate is great for me too. I would like to see Easter Eggs and other festive designs. I am delighted with my VIP monthly plan whereby I have a delivery of my favourite flavours and absolutely love the mini bars!”

“Heavenly Chocolate always ready to help if things go wrong. Probably a bit expensive but I know where that money goes, I can taste it in the product. Never had to return anything so don't know about returning but they use the ever reliable royal mail so it always arrives on time.”

“I have been enjoying Heavenly Chocolate since my first order in the middle of your presentation to Dragons Den! The only issue I have had is with two bars that had been overcooked and were very crumbly and not a pleasant experience. You replaced the first one. I continue to order through the VIP club. The site is a bit clunky and it’s not clear how near to the delivery date that I can change my order. Overall it’s a Hit!!”

“My order arrived promptly, very well packaged and with good communication from the company. This is my second order and I do think the texture has improved greatly. It's definitely more "melty" in your mouth than previously. I totally understand that this product is still really bring developed and I am prepared to "bear with it" while any improvements are made. To have a product that is so low in sugar and yet so chocolatey is amazing! Especially without the palm oil and all the extra calories! adore the salted caramel. I'm still waiting for the coffee flavour to be in stock though. I hope the flavour is good as other coffee flavoured chocolate in other brands has been disappointing, so I look forward to trying that! If the price was lower, I would give 5 star rating, as that is the only down side of this tasty product. Perhaps the packaging could be changed so that the parcel could be smaller? Post and packing price bumps up the cost too.”

“I am lactose intolerant so find these bars a real treat. My favourites are Silk and Salted Caramel, but also like mint, orange and coconut. I have bought some bars for my mum as she is diabetic so a couple of squares a day is a treat for her too as they have minimal sugar!”
