Very rarely leave reviews but : 1. They don't tell you until a day or two after you have ordered that something has been discontinued, I had ordered something else small (which I could have got locally easily)so still had the delivery cost which wasn't refunded. Please sort this QS, it should tell you at checkout. This has happened to me twice with QS now. 2. If the delivery says 3-4 working days it should be that. I am on day 8 now , still waiting with no email telling me anything. Very annoying if you have a plumber with you on a tight deadline.

DO NOT USE !!! buying branded goods then receive unbranded with poor mouldings contacted them through there website which they claim to not have received. Poor customer service Will never use again.

Terrible company won’t accept a refund because the packaging is damaged. Avoid this company, customer services are rude and unhelpful

Scam! I purchased a Duravit shower tray online, I couldn’t install it in the end for technical reasons and QS Supplies refused to return it. Before placing the order, I called to check the item availability. Once I paid online the full amount, I received an email saying that the item was not on stock anymore, and that it would take up to 10 working days. QS uses their webshop to receive orders on STANDARD items, they make you pay, and then they tell you that the item is “bespoke” and that the order will not be refundable or returnable if you wish to proceed! I have my own business and I know this is against the law and T&Cs you need to uphold to sell online. When I received the item, I discovered that the tray was incomplete, as it was missing its structure. Nowhere on the website was there an indication that the shower tray required a mandatory custom steel structure underneath, it was just an optional add on. When I called the customer service at QS, I was told that I should have requested installation instructions - that by the way, are not on their website. If the order was bespoke, I would at least expect someone from QS to state that in the emails… but after speaking to Duravit I know it is 100% not bespoke or made to order and they keep the stock in the warehouse in Germany. Bottom line is that I purchased a very expensive shower tray, and I cannot use it nor return it. This company scams people! Good luck for future customers

They Refuse to replace a faulty item . I know they're cheaper than other people but do not order from them , or you'll regret it later on

I ordered a number of items for bathroom renovations and on arrival coding on the outside of the boxes were checked and matched the order details. My plumber started work on fitting the new shower and has discovered that an item inside the box does not match the item ordered. It is the wrong size and is not a quadrant tray. On calling for help, the response I got from the contact centre representative was totally inappropriate, unhelpful and failed to understand the problem which had occurred as a result of the wrong item being delivered. She told me there was no assistance to get a new item or similar replacement delivered and just told me to email with photos. Given I had plumber and tiler booked and their schedule was then delayed as a result of qs supplies sending me the wrong item inside a correct box, there was no apologies or attempt to support a solution. The off hand and abrupt nature of the response was really disappointing. It has resulted in our family having longer period without use of a bathroom and I have had to purchase a more expensive item via the plumber for delivery at financial cost to me. I sent a complaint via email with photos and video and only 5 days later received an apology email informing me they will collect the incorrect item and refund. Company refusing to compensate for the cost incurred in getting a replacement. I’ve chased again by email and today by phone. I’m told complaints are dealt with by an email department and they do not speak to people by telephone. Very poor customer service and beware that you may not actually receive the quality/ brand of items you order despite the labels on the box being correct. I would not use this company again ever.

I bought a sink and a set of taps from QS. It was the cheapest price that I could get anywhere but that ended up being for a reason. I would advise purchasing elsewhere but I would emphasise this if you're ordering anything that you need relatively soon. QS don't give you a delivery estimate so it could take one day or onw month, you just have no idea. They do not stock the item in their warehouse so they may not have the item to send even though on the website it shows as 'in stock. Eventually they scheduled my delivery a few weeks after ordering and weeks after all of my bathroom items from other stores arrived. The sink arrived but the taps did not. The delivery driver left them in his van. Customer service then couldn't get hold of the delivery driver and there was then radio silence from them. They eventually rescheduled the second part of the delivery but didn't post the item out until the day it was supposed to be delivered. Again, making everything late. Their customer service is shocking. They can't ever give you information on deliveries even though their delvieries are done in-house. I requested for my delivery to be refunded and there response was that 'it is not in the company policy to ever issue refunds' which is completely ILLEGAL. They said they would review this and get back to me and again... radio silence. I wish I would have paid slightly more and ordered elsewhere.

RIP off company .. I urge you not to buy from them. They sent my item in a damaged box, they had even cut off the part of the box that had the items barcode on, then when I wanted to return insisted on photos of undamaged box before they would send out a return authorisation and if the box was damaged at all when they received it they would not refund…a no win situation …if I can stop at least 1 other person being ripped off I will be happy

They sent me a chipped enamel bath and when I sent the picture they claimed they could tell from it the chip was an "installation damage" when the bath wasn't yet installed, I was there when the builders unwrapped it. Terrible customer service, took several emails back and forth to get that answer. There where other things in the order and everything came separate with not delivery updates, the bath showed up one day when I was home alone.

Please be careful if ordering from this company. Ordered a sink and vanity unity - the unit was fine, but unfortunately the sink arrived damaged. There is no protection between the ceramic sink and cardboard packaging. Unfortunately I was away and couldn't check within 3 days of delivery and therefore qssupplies have refused to replace - please consider elsewhere.

Dreadful. Bought an expensive tap that drips for seconds after it is closed. Sent a video and email and called many times to be told 'our manufacturer says no refund. Tolerate it!'. Avoid this outdated company and use one of the better merchants like Victorian Plumbing or Victoria Plumb. At least their customer service exists.

Do not buy anything that doesn't come as a complete package as the customer service is 1 star for actually replying to my complaint but not being prepared to do anything. We ordered a vanity unit including sink clicking on all the drop down options. Obviously have to order a tap separately which comes with it's waste. But the waste was too short on thread to fit the sink. We had 3 units and taps and had to waste time and money while the plumber purchased 3 "normal" wastes. QS wouldn't refund the difference, parroting they "don't offer advice" there was nothing on the sink or tap specifications to suggest an issue. Worst service I have had.

This company has taken my money and have no customer service!! I have never regretted purchasing from any website until today! I purchased a black Geberit flush plate on the site. The product I received was completely different to the product image and description on the website - I received a black shiny/glossy/mirror looking flush plate when there was no mention of this on the site and not even a minimal representation of a reflex on the image. I called the customer service to communicate this and was told to email, which I did. Given the product image and description on the website aren’t the right representation of the product I purchased, I’ve been discussing an exchange for an alternative product that actually looks like the image (even thought this would cost me an additional £30 which I’m happy to pay to resolve this — £109 in total for a flush plate!!!). They’ve collected my old product and now that they’ve received the product I sent back, they’re refusing to exchange and are saying that they can only refund me without the cost of delivery (which means that I’ll now lose £8 I paid for delivery on an item that doesn’t match the description or image on the website). I’ve been misled when I purchased the product and again by the customer service who led me to believe the matter was being dealt with and that the exchange would me made once they’ve received the item, just to then lie to me and try to take the money I paid for delivery, failing to provide me with a product that represents their product image and description.

If you want reliable and honest customer service, do not waste your time with QS Supplies. They delivered an item which was damaged and refused to refund or replace. Quite simply one of the worst companies I have come across. Never again.

The order I placed over the phone with the help of one of their team was delivered incorrectly. I asked for a straight forward exchange of the item in question and they refused. Shame as have two further en-suite bathrooms to furnish, will order elsewhere next time as the after-sales service is clearly lacking here

UPDATE 03/01/2023 STILL NO REFUND BEEN TOLD LIE AFTER LIE TERRIBLE COMPANY DONT BUY FROM THEM,IM THAT UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE IM LEAVING MY CONTACT DETAILS SO ANYONE WISHING TO BUY CAN SPEAK TO ME DIRECTLY BEFORE THEY MAKE THE MISTAKE 07429530869. UPDATE 22/12/2022 STAY WELL CLEAR NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. 17 phone calls 15 emails waited in 3 days for collection still no refund the worst company I have ever dealt with they tell lies make it as hard as possible to return anything even when it’s incorrect MINUS 20 ⭐️ VERY VERY POOR AVOID AT ALL COSTS DIABOLICAL COMPANY. 28/11/2022 I ordered a 1200x1200 elegant grey finish shower tray it wasn’t delivered on time when I received it,it was a shower tray formula that needs to be tiled. I have rang QS SUPPLIES everyday and everyday they tell me they have arranged for the item to be collected and when it’s not they ask me to wait another 24 hours, so I have done some investigating and it’s come direct from ABACUS which they are saying QS SUPPLIES haven’t even asked them to Collect they also told me they are making no collections till mid January to February next year JOKE. To top it all QS SUPPLIES have said they won’t refund me till 5 working days after it’s collected. Luckily I have paid by credit card so I have now asked my credit card company to deal with it so if you must buy from QS SUPPLIES THEN PAY BY CREDIT CARD AS IT WILL PROTECT YOU AGAINST COMPANIES LIKE QS SUPPLIES. IF YOU WANT A DECENT SERVICE THEN AVOID QS SUPPLIES VERY VERY POOR COMPANY.
