“I ordered training materials to the tune of £3200 on the premis that it would be next day delivery, only to be told (once they had taken payment) that most of the materials were not available due to them being on "backorder". I'm not sure what world they live in where they think it is ok to hold on to a customer's money. While they wait for a order to be returned that hasn't been delivered to me. In the meantime I still need to pay out for more materials.
No apologies, non helpful, rude.
