ID208808 DO NOT USE quickmobilefix they take ur money, don't deliver goods ( or deliver faulty goods) ( see Facebook page quickmobilefix-customer experiences and issues) and then don't pay refunds, u have to chase them via PayPal/bank or small claims court to get your money back. I and nearly 300 other people have been conned by this company they take ur money and don't send the goods (mobiles, tablets etc) people have paid anything in the range of £150 to £1300 for goods that u either don't receive or that have been decommissioned by Apple. I have been waiting on a refund since 19th December loads others have been waiting months. They don't answer they ignore emails, phone calls and webchat. They have now blocked me on twitter because I am advising people they have done same to to contact trading standards and report them. I will not stop until this company are investigated. They have great reviews on trustpilot but for us who were duped our bad reviews have been removed. They are running 3 different names businesses from same address. There is a page on here that will show u customer experiences with them. So please share and make people aware of the fraudulant company. I just wanna stop people getting conned the way I did. They will try to have this review removed but I will put it up every day if I have to.

So at the minute I have 9 people all saying you are scam artist and all 9 people have signed my police report form accepting to plea against you in a court of law. For the charges of thef, Internet fraud, and false advertising equating to what they say can be upto a 5 year prison sentence depending on the amount of people you have stolen from. I am sickened by this and I'm glad the police are investigating my case. Please sort your lives out, give me my money or I'll continue with the police. I am 2 more days away from paying for a lawyer to make things a lot worse for you. This is not a threat just a heads up that you are scamming a lot of people and you have to answer for your crimes.

Ordered Class A 'Pristine' full package Iphone 7 on 7th April. Payment was taken on the 7th April as order was confirmed. On 16th April I asked when it would be dispatched. Promised 1-2 days. Emailed them again 23rd April. They promised it had been prioritised for dispatch. Another email asking for confirmation of dispatch or I will cancel order on the 24th. Another delaying tactic response saying it will be dispatched in 24-48 hours! 28th April another email saying it has been prioritised. I emailed them on 28th stating i had enough excuses and I cancelled order and requested refund. Sunday 29th confirmation that they had my cancellation request and it would be dealt with on Monday 30th. Surprise surprise nothing received. Emailed them this morning stating this is not acceptable. They emailed back confirming cancellation and the refund would be processed 10-14 working days!!!!!!! They have had the money since 7th April. That would be 6 weeks in total if they take as long as they promise. I have stated that this is not an acceptable timeline and that I am now this afternoon going to pursue through credit card issuer. I am also going to contact consumer advice and watchdog and perhaps i might also contact FCA re their CCL. Being perhaps cynical this company is overtrading and seemingly selling high value products they dont have then holding the funds as long as possible. There is no other conclusion to draw. My advice is DO NOT BUY product or service from this company.

Almost identical experience to previous reviewer. Ordered in August, no phone received after three weeks cancelled order. Still waiting for a refund, promises of definite dates of the long awaited refund come and go. Have been scammed. Only ‘buy’ through quick mobile fix if you want to throw your money away. Like previous reviewer advice on how to get my money back will be ver welcome.

I bought iPhone 7. After 1 week the screen was virtually unusable. Took it to Apple who informed me an unofficial screen had been used and hence the problem. Returned to company who promised a 1week turn around. After 1 week I’d heard nothing so asked them the status of the repair. They’d forgotten they’d received it and assured me they’d start it soon and should take 2-4 working days, not including the postage time. All in I was without my phone for 3 weeks (few days to send and few more days to receive). They DON’T use offial parts but my screen works ALMOST as it should. 1-2 days after getting my phone back and people complained that when talking to me on said phone I was too quiet to be heard. Turns out now there’s a problem with the microphone. Can I afford to be without my phone for another 3 weeks? They also DON’T do refunds after a few weeks. They’d probably go bust if they did. The company address is easy to find and I’m EXTREMELY surprised customers haven’t turned up in person to remove goods to be compensated.

It took 4 weeks from sending my phone to you before I received any money. Your phone was consistently off the hook. Emailed replies were by somebody different everytime and they never read the previous correspondence. Overall pretty bad customer service, only plus point was I eventually got paid.

i ordered a phone on january 5th they said that itll take 10-14 working days still hasnt came its just like they copied ad pasted every email they sent me i wainted a little bit longer i wanted another week and another problem struck im now waiting for the refund an its now march 18th HORIBLE DONT ORDER FROM HERE BUY A PHONE FROM MUSIC MAGPIE U CAN GET WAY BETTER PHONES THERE

Ordered and paid in full for a iPhone early November, cancelled the order because they couldn't get a phone in time for my sons birthday, over 2 months and still waiting for my money back. Just received another email saying I won't get refund until 26th Feb! SCAMMERS!!!

Please do not waste your time or money using this company. It is better to save the extra couple hundred pounds and go to a physical phone store or online store with a better reputation. I have tried to be patient with the current lockdown situation but it seems this company has chosen to exploit the situation causing its customers more time, hassle and money then it was worth. I ordered my phone on the 21st August reading and understanding it could take up to 10-14 working days, although their wording leads you to believe this to be an unlikely timing and it should be much less time. I then chased them on day 10 to inquire how soon I would likely receive the phone and if there were any delays. To which they said they were still within the timeframe but the current climate would impact delivery. I asked then why I was not informed sooner so that I could make the decision whether to request a refund or not. They have yet to give me an acceptable answer to this. Instead I am now told it will take at least another 14 days for a refund and still may take longer due to the current situation. Now I am finding it difficult to understand how they have neither the money I have already paid them or the phone for which I have paid them! It has cost me my own business income to be without a phone for so long, they have caused me unnecessary stress with their lack of customer service and general incompetence. It is precisely companies like this that give online purchasing such a bad reputation and drive customers away from smaller online companies. Extremely disappointed and will be taking legal action to refund for time, money and anguish. They have essentially held my money for over a month with and all I have received is a lesson on their incompetence.

After reading the negative comments I thought the company couldnt be that bad; I was wrong; I cannot stress this enough, do not use this company, after chasing up my order I was told this would be send the following week, this went on for over a month and finally they ended up cancelling my order without telling me; now I have to wait for a refund, which I imagine wont arrive anytime soon. Terrible company, I should have paid attention to the comments.

Awful, will never use again. I was promised a full refund within 14 days and had to wait for months on end and was out of pocket. You can't do that to people.

Unfortunately my review is like so many others here. I ordered a phone and it didn't arrive. After a while I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. There followed a very long string of lies and excuses and the only way I got my refund in the end (after 70 days) was because my credit card company did a charge back. A shockingly bad company that lie and cheats money out of people. Absolutely don't use them unless you want months of frustration and being out of pocket.

No phone no refund 😢 I am similar to other posts, order the phone paid, told would have to wait due to staffing issues. I had plenty of time as I was getting the phone for my wife’s birthday in twenty days, asked for an update near the time told there would a further delay. So I cancelled the phone. Told it would be 14 working days which has now passed. I did get email response but they where not helpful just giving stock answers. I did get another phone from elsewhere and it was delivered the following day. Very disappointing, They have said that they have processed my money but it will take 5 days for the bank to process it. I prefer the phone on 30 March still waiting for my money back😡

Phone never arrived (ordered for my 70 year old mum during lockdown) despite me emailing to check it was on track and them reassuring me it was. Eventually they admitted they didn’t have it and said they would refund. This was March 16th, it’s now June 12th and still no refund although they are saying they have processed it. Got my bank involved as I refuse to give up. Bunch of thieving, lying fraudsters. If I ever get my refund I will update this review but don’t hold your breath.
