“I honestly LOVE this next. I've had quite a few different nets over the years and I love how quick and easy this one is to assemble. I think the design is brilliant. The only issue is that it looks like the back right corner of the next is fraying and about to tear. This is a total bummer because I've only used it for one practice. Would it be possible for you to send me a new net? Please see the attached photo.”

“We liked the product, until we didn’t. Within 2 months, the poles were cracking down the middle. Contacted QuickPlay to see about replacing them, but had to pay $20 per pole. Apparently these aren’t meant to be left up for any period of time, so warranty didn’t cover us. We were pretty disappointed, but lesson learned I guess.”

“Our club has only used these for 2 weeks but the setup and tear down is so incredibly easy, less than 5 mins with one coach for each goal. The nets have easily held up to 2 weeks worth of hard shots. At the moment, would totally recommend. Only issue is the carrying bag; tore a huge hole the very first time I picked it up with one strap instead of both. Be careful with the bag. Would love a replacement ;)”

“Happy with soccer goal we received and our son loves it. The instructions aren't great but the videos are pretty helpful and goes smooth once you figure it out. However, extremely disappointed with the customer service. They take FOREVER to respond and even the simplest questions are met with confusing responses and they do not put the customer first. I tried to exchange our goal for a bigger one (same price) after one day of using it and was ignored for a week. Then when they finally got back to me it was a solid no with no options. Pretty disappointing to say the least. How was I to know it was going to be too small until I put it up and then once I put it up, I can't return. Would not purchase again.”

“The replacement part I needed for the frame is no longer supplied it seems. This is an incredibly popular model, disappointing to not be able to get a replacement support pipe. Also, the replacement net was fine but it didnt come with the little red clips like the original one did? That also was disappointing.”

“QuickPlay mostly got my order correct. I got the part ordered. It came in quicker than I was expecting. They were super helpful in identifying the part and getting it to me. I couldn't give them a 5 because the part has a little connection that holds the new part to the existing parts. There is a hole with a button type thing that holds them together. The hole was on the wrong side. I had to drill a new one 90 degrees from that one. But it works and now my students can use the soccer goals again.”

“The worse experience, you better purchase from Amazon. They never send me status or updates on the delivery, when I was inquiring the package showed up on my door. The shipping cost was overvalued. I opened the goal and noticed that it does not fit my program so I thought of returning it. When trying to process a return I learned that the return is only allowed on unopened products.”

“If I could give no stars, I would. This company is the worst to deal with. I received a goal that was missing four critical parts. Not nuts and bolts. Entire crossbars, stabilizing plates and joints - missing. When I reached out I received poor communication, at best, and no sense of urgency to resolve my complete lack of a product. I would not recommend purchasing from QUICKPLAY. Save your time, money, and patience. You’re better off trying to make your own goal.”
