“If I could give no stars, I would. This company is the worst to deal with. I received a goal that was missing four critical parts. Not nuts and bolts. Entire crossbars, stabilizing plates and joints - missing. When I reached out I received poor communication, at best, and no sense of urgency to resolve my complete lack of a product. I would not recommend purchasing from QUICKPLAY. Save your time, money, and patience. You’re better off trying to make your own goal.”

“Received wrong frame on soccer goal. 18.5 ft net was correct. 16 ft frame was not. Have contacted customer service, no reply.”

“Quickplay, I have a few comments. First, we have had the same part break twice in the last 45 days. We bought the goals in February and twice have had to replace the pivot joints. My input to you is that the design is not great on those parts and they should be hardened to prevent breakage. It breaks when it takes a direct strike from the ball from an adult kicker. Second, I have asked if I can buy spares and have been told no. I really encourage you to allow customers to buy the spare parts as I am worried that the same part will continue to break, and may do so after the warranty expires and then I will have no option to repair the goal. Finally, your team has been fantastic about fulfilling my warranty claims. I have only good things to say about the interactions, speed of fulfillment and the shipping to my home. Our Church group plays indoor weekly and we love the goals. The folding design allows us to store in a storage room. Thanks Chris Tyrell”

“FANTASTIC product- this goal looks as impressive as a $2500 goal, was incredibly simple to set up, and is just great. I did have a small issue with one of the stabilizing bars, and Quickplay corrected it immediately. Possibly the best customer service of any company that I've dealt with in many many years......”

“This would have gotten the five however the pushbutton clips kept falling out of the tube as they just slide around on the inside. I had to use electrical tape to secure them from sliding. Be prepared to do the same if you buy this product. The rest of it was well engineered. They should fire the guy that designed the clips though.”

Hi Jason, Thanks for your honest review, we appreciate the feedback. The push buttons do normally fit snug into the tubes. We have found that sometimes they can shrink slightly after production, you might have recieved some like this. “This is the best rebounder at the best price. I did tons of research before making a purchase on a rebounder. This is by far the best and it is so much cheaper compared to other passing boards. The on the ground and in the air features work perfectly. If you’re looking for an affordable board to train with that the individual or team level, this is the one”

“Love the goals I buy from Quickplay, easy to assemble and durable... had a minor issue with one of the connectors, contacted Customer Services who responded within a day, emailed a picture of the issue and the next day a replacement arrived! Excellent Customer Service, can't recommend the product and services highly enough!”
