“Quick Quid were unable to update my bank details due to system problems. i hope this is fixed soon as this is the third time i have tried”

“After using quick quid for a while now im very dissapointed to hear my last 5 transactions have not applied with promo codes entered via check out, customer service is not all that great either with the amount of help you receive there is not help available on chat if you apply for loans via the mobile application or mobile internet which is quite disappointing too, overall I don't recommend to family or friends!”

“I was misled and not given the right information by phone adviser: when they rang me they should have told me that the loan on hold would go into my bank account if QQ did not hear from me....I was only advised to call whenever I decided to get a loan from QQ”

“The chat live service is very good. I have noticed that it is taking longer than usual to get a response from a representative. On the other hand, they soon assume that we're no longer at the other end. I still haven't had a satisfactory answer to my question which is making it more difficult than necessary to manage the repayment of my loan.”

“quick quid is over all a good company, its a shame they have taken the hassle free payment option away! i was going to use it today but you have no option to pay it off in one go and you have to contact them to do it, just seems strange they have changed something that worked. This will cause people to forget to pay it off at the correct time and will give quick quid a bigger profit margin in late fees ect.. I also think they will lose custom over this. i can understand why there doing it but surely if they promote responsible lending you should have an option to pay the full amount off when you take out the loan. was a 5 star rating now am putting it to a 3 star!!”

“Loan was quick, very impressed. Unfortunately I was not eligible for a top up even though I could apply for another £250. But this was no use as you don't offer multiple loans at one time. So kind of left me struggling when I thought I could depend on you. Would possibly use you again, but now I am going to look around for another company to lend me the £50 I need. So will see how they work! Thankyou.”

“very vague answers when trying to find out a time frame for when the first attempt to get money out of my account will be made, as i was slightly panicking as i didnt receive a payslip so i was going to apply for an extension in early hours if i didnt get paid for whatever reason”

“Its a bit silly to have people pretend to have English names. chap i dealt with was very friendly and helpful with almost too correct English. Customers appreciate honesty and transparency. I'm not one of those people who complains about labour being outsourced to countries where it is cheaper. But making them maintain a farce that they are in like Milton Keynes or something is ridiculous and weakens your brand as it appears disingenuous. Hope my tuppence is helpful in some way!
